I took a bike in, and was met at the front by someone who didn’t really listen to what I was there for. I was quoted a price before I could explain. That said, I did speak with a bike tech about my bike. Maybe I was grubby that day. Or maybe it was because I’m not so young … I felt I didn’t get very kind attention I did leave my bike there. It did get the tune up it needed. They did a good job. I just felt they weren’t kind. I felt they were(and I mean all of the staff there) «agest». In other words, since I wasn’t a younger person, they were rather rude. I won’t be going back. I have other bicycles that another shop I found is now helping me with(2 other bikes). I hope they’ll see this and understand: just because a customer isn’t young — or if they’re a bit grubby(I’d been gardening before I went there), doesn’t mean that customer is any less valuable than anyone else. Thanks for hearing that Paradise Bikes! You lost me … and I have a LOTOFBIKES!

I bought a Trek bike here and Jonathan was extremely helpful – making sure that I got a bike that fit me properly. He cares that his customers enjoy the sport of bike riding. I had not been on a road bike for many years and he helped guide me to find a Trek Lexa which is a WSD(woman specific design). It fits me great and I LOVEIT!

Never did buy a bike from him. I was looking for a bike around $ 200 to $ 300. He told me to go to walmart. Not the nicest man. I did some research and found Trek bikes on there website for $ 350. He told me I was seeing things. He said you can’t find a Trek for under $ 500. Well I guess the trek website was wrong.
