Whenever i visit a Target store I hate Target more. Difficult to find merchandise if they carry it, rude pushy staff, definitely behind the times (thye just installed self checkout years after other stores). I used to shop the Target a few blocks from home, but they have decided they are too good to stock the things that brought me there and the staff are such stupid rude pushy Midwestern types. I was waiting in line today when some employee told me to go to another line at the other end of the store. I ignored her but she persisted and told me I want you to be able to leave quickly” I replied «I will leave quickly» and left my merchandise and walked out never to return. Wish Target would close and someone else would take the space.

On 8÷10÷15 around 9pm. All 4 lanes that were open were packed. Only 4 lanes mind you. I was looking for backup cashiers to come. I saw one coming. Ran to her lane cause I only had 3 items. Diapers, formula and diaper genie bags. I got to the counter first. And an associate there. Said that I can’t checkout here. Kicked me out and said I need to go to customer service to check out. I asked why. He said that I cut in from of someone that he opened the lane for. I’m sorry but you can’t reserve lanes for people. I had 3 items and she had a cart full. I was rejected from the lane. I was there first! How does that make any sense. The customer service lady didn’t say one word. I of course was mad and the associate that kicked me out continued to yell at me from across the lanes and called me rude. I didn’t do anything wrong. I ran to the 1^st lane I saw opening. 1^st come 1^st serve is it not? In short. I won’t be coming here anymore. You lost a customer. Horrible customer service.

Love this place with all my heart! I am telling you they have everything I need and didn’t even know I wanted! How smart of Target to put a grocery store, minute clinic, eye clinic, pharmacy, and photo area inside my favorite store.
This particular location has a full grocery store, and bakery, so I can get fresh foods on my way home. They sell everything a person could need, the problem is trying not to leave with a cart full of «wants». I tend to make the rounds to as many end caps to look for discounts and deals. I there is something you need from pet supplies to light bulbs to greeting cards, Target will have it.
Sometimes this location does not have enough registers open and the checkout process is slow.

Lastly, you will get 5 cents back for each reusable bag you bring, as well. People hate being behind me in line. (maybe that’s why lines are so slow at Target?!)

Well this store has gone to pot lately. I am attaching a photo from 430 in the afternoon on a Friday. The management has a complete lack of grasp on how to adequately staff the cashiers. I have been standing in the same line for 15 minutes now. This is not a unique recent occurrence. Every time we have come here lately it has been the same situation. One more reason besides price now to go to the new burnsville Walmart down the street I guess (besides price).
One word review: avoid

Target, how I love thee. In fact, so much so my husband wishes I wouldn’t visit your stores so much.
Hence the reason I am disappointed to write a negative review. But, I must. I have had recent bad experiences at this Target location.
1. I purchased a sale item (buy 3 of this item, get a $ 5 gift card). When I didn’t receive the gift card I approached a manager who proceeded to fight with me in regards to receiving the gift card… even though she held the ad in her hand and saw the items I had purchased! Isn’t the «customer always right» lady?
2. I went to return an item I had recently purchased. I thoroughly enjoy Target’s «no need to keep your receipt, we’ll find your purchase by using your credit card» policy. This time I attempted to utilize this service and the employee couldn’t find my purchase on my card (and of course, I didn’t have my receipt with me)… the only card I use to buy anything! I insisted that she run the transaction again. Still, she couldn’t find the purchase. So, I had to head home and scour through receipts to find the proper receipt — only to confirm, yes I had purchased the item on said card. My only card used to buy anything!
3. I recently had a baby. I registered for a baby gift registry at Target. Several of the items I had registered for were given to me (duplicately), without a gift receipt and without being documented on my registry. When trying to return these items I was denied by the Target staff. Even after I pointed out the items on my registry, they would not let me exchange or return the items. It was quite frustrating, especially since I had brought several purchases to their stores for my baby gifts and baby showers!
C’mon Burnsville Target! Step up your customer service!

My favorite Target location. I’m here at least once a week. Clean, stocked, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. It all depends when you visit, weekdays/​weeknights are great, weekends are an absolute madhouse. I like the location, it’s kind of all by it’s lone with just a few surrounding businesses. So there is not much around so traffic around which makes it nice. I’ll be visiting again this coming week, I’m sure!

I am usually a huge Target fan, visiting way too often, however it is my 2^nd time here this week and the lines have been terrible. Waited 15 – 20 minutes in line each time. Not sure what is going on, however not a good sign this early in the holiday season.

It’s red. It’s tan. It’s Target. I think they have their business operating model down to a science because everything always seems consistent. They have everything you need and typically always in stock. Never have any issues at this location.

This is where it all started, my love for Target Stores. I like the face lift. I like the parking lot, a bit crowded on weekends and kind of difficult to get out of, but I like this Target very much. They almost always have everything I need in stock.
