Called to see if they had a CellSpot router, and guy on the phone said he didn’t know and that it takes 10 minutes to open the safe (presumably he wanted me to think they can’t look up inventory and that they keep these in their safe). I decided to go to the store as a I was a couple minutes away, and after explaining specifically what I wanted the guy brought one out and rung me up. I get home and figure out they gave me a CellSpot signal booster and not a router.
Sadly, these guys don’t seem to:
* Want to help you.
* Know how to help you.
I ended up calling 611 and got the issue resolved — they are sending out the right item.
I strongly advise calling T-​mobile if you need anything, or going to a different store.
