Outback Steakhouse

Super sweet waitress. Our steaks were overdone, but she fixed it immediately. The manager spoke with us and delivered the meal! Awesome staff. I will always recommend this location.

Our waiter was Thomas and he was great! We were able to get in and out with no problem. He was very customer service oriented and even made sure that we did not forget our take out plate.

Welcome back into the spotlight Outback!!! The center cut sirloin is exactly what it was years ago. Great cut, great flavor. Outback has restored my faith in mid market steakhouses again. Not sure where you guys were getting that chewy stuff from before. But you have sure restored your name in the list of good steakhouses for cheap price. We sat in the bar area of course because there was a good game on. Unfortunately, and I think we all know, this is where they place the trainees. Our trainee was a little off with drinks but definitely a great attitude. The new sides and great steak shadowed the «ok» service. Cost for two $ 55. Welcome back Outback

Something changed with the food quality. Steaks are tough and poor taste. This used to be our go to place.

They suck! We went here to celebrate my son’s special night. 3 of the 4 steaks that were ordered
undercooked. Only to be brought back tough and over cooked. The service was mediocre busy but not terribly so! I cannot believe they sent out my med rare steak rare and then after I sent it back they over cooked it. The manager brought our steaks and promptly left never to be seen again. No discount or anything. Did not bring a fresh potato. Really?!! Lousy food not worth the money anymore. I really am going to miss eating here. About every 9 – 12 months I go back hoping they are going to get better and be the outback I used to love and frequent 2 – 3 times a month. I am done with this location and maybe outback all together!
Save your money eat at Logan’s across the highway, there food is consistency good and they have a happy hour!

Ushered to the noisy room near the parking lot. It sounded like a birthday party at Chucky Cheese. Ordered Ribeye, advertised as well-​marbled, juicy, and savory. What I got was 50% fat, 20% sinew, and 30% edible steak.

This Outback is hit or miss. One night it’ll be great food and fantastic service, then the next time it’ll be like pulling teeth to just get a drink refill. We dined here last night & it was a miss. Considering it’s a steak house, you expect a properly cooked steak. I ordered my steak medium, it came out very well done. Typically steak houses will ask you to check your steak to ensure it’s to your liking. Outback does not, you have to flag down a waitress to make them aware and then wait another 10 mins for a new steak. It didn’t seem like much of a big deal with them, which leads me to believe perhaps badly cooked steaks isn’t out of the ordinary for them.

Great service and atmosphere, food is so-​so.
We usually go to Outback once a year, during Valentine’s day, because they have a leal for two that includes a Bloomin’ onion, two sides, 8oz sirloin, and a cheese cake for $ 38. Which is a great deal. The Side’s we get are usually excellent, salad was fresh, the cheese cake tastes like it came from a box, and the steaks were both lackluster and marbled with gristle. Out waitress was great last night, and the service was good.
5 stars service, 5 stars for the sides, 3 stars for the desserts and 2 stars for the Steak. Overall, 3.75 stars from me and mine.

Awful service with mediocre food. We were there probably 2 hours and it was a Tuesday. There were only maybe 4 tables total so its not like it was a busy Saturday night. Hostess was also our waitress and bartender. The margarita was a disappointment and so was the steak. Definitely not worth the price or the wait. Will Never be back.

The restaurant was almost completely full but we got a table right away since there was only two of us and it wasn’t too loud. We had to wait a little bit for our waitress, Tammy, since it was so busy but once she came we got our drinks right away and didn’t have to wait long for the blooming onion. The rest of the time the service was excellent, not too over bearing or neglectful. Very professional. We both ordered steaks and they were delicious. All of the food was great and we even got dessert. So far Outback has been one of the better restaurants in Burleson and we’ll be going back.

Very excited to hear they have grass fed beef burgers here. Now PLEASE get grass fed beef steaks!

(Party of 7)!The waitress Pam tried her hardest to make up for the shortcomings of what appeared to be the kitchen losing the ticket, management apologized but after an hour and a half of not getting soup or salads and we had multiple appetizers, numerous bread refills, our food came out soups cold, salads warms, chicken marsala was so revolting my wife took one bite pushed it away I tried it and agreed it was rancid look we didn’t bother to complain on the taste of food we just wanted the check … Why bother we came in 730 left around 945… they comp desserts but really that was the only thing that was decent and the blooming onion was good… look at the recent comments Unilocalers please be advised bad food or poor service or combination of both is why this place is terrible:-(

This location was one of the worse restaurants that I’ve been to. We came here to celebrate a birthday and we regretted coming here. We ordered one of their Bloomin’ Blossoms for our appetizer and it was so close to being burnt, there were a total of six of us at the table and the waiter only brought one small cup of ranch and one small cup of their dipping sauce for all six of us to share. After we finished the appetizer it took close to 20mins (we didn’t rush thru the appetizer) for our food to come out. I can’t speak for the rest of my family but once I got my Bloomin Burger that I ordered, it was close to being cold. The only part that was WARM was the middle of my burger, the cheese had already cooled down and the portion of fries that they put on my plate was a joke. Our waiter was below par, he wasn’t horrible nor was he good. I understand that sometimes after a long busy day working customer service is tiresome because I’ve worked customer service for 8yrs but please keep in mind that the restaurant wasn’t busy at all… it was a slow Thursday night. After the experience I had here at this location, I will never recommend anyone to go to ANY Outback. Go to Texas Roadhouse or to Cheddar’s…anywhere but here.

Food came out like warm. Total of 20 people in the whole restaurant. We will be going to a different outback from now on.

Yummiliciousness. Our server, Pam, was amazing. She knew it was our birthday and gave us a sundae to share. I could taste the love. Thanks for the great service and awesome food!
I had the steak and unlimited shrimp! My husband had chicken avocado sandwich with everything on them fries. They ate going to have to roll us out!

I called ahead for seating at 5 minutes til 1pm. They said it’d be 30 to 40 minutes wait time. We arrived at 1:35pm and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. And the wait staff took their sweet time attending to us. But when we finally received our order, the New Zealand Lamb was overcooked and the grilled asparagus was burnt. I was starving by then so I didn’t send it back! This is the second time I’ve experienced their inability to cook a meal that was worth the price they charge! Never again! I can’t understand why this location gets so busy with this kind of service!
The staff and cooks at the Bryant Irvin location seems to be much more experienced.

Food was good… that’s it. Service was horrible. We arrived and were seated in a booth for two in the bar. After being seated we were greeted by our waitress and she took our drink order and appetizer. She returned with our drinks this is the first and last time she brought anything to our table besides the check.
As we sat waiting on our appetizer the waitress decided to have a conversation with the table right behind us for a good 5 – 10 minutes. Never checked on our appetizer, eventually the appetizer was brought out by another waitress. Once the appetizer was served I was expecting a salad, another 5 minutes or so later the salad was brought to the table by another server.
My fiancé sat and watched as our server stayed in the bar for over 20 minutes talking with other guests and messing with her phone. Eventually after 30 – 40 minutes of waiting our food was brought out again by a completely different waitress. Not one time did the waitress come to check on us, ask about our food, or ask to refill our drinks.
Our waitress finally came to pick up our plates and ask if we were ready for the check. We literally only saw our actual waitress twice over the hour plus time we were there. Needless to say we did not leave a tip.

This was a great visit with the family of 12 people. The waitress was awesome, sorry forgot her name. But drinks were filled all the time, told us the specials, took our orders and kept giving us status on our order. Got the appetizers than after a while pick up the plates than the courses came out, meals were great. Then pick up lunch plates than again, ask if we wanted dessert which we order, awesome!!! got our checks. Awesome services, excellent food will return again.

oh outback… as I put our names down for a table I was told that the servers were running late so it would be a while. After we were seated and our drink order was placed it took about 20 minutes to receive a beer. After we told the waitress never mind on the beer, it was delivered– warm.
ordered a T-​bone and mashed potatoes, after about 45 minutes it was delivered and imagine that… it was COLD. ask for the manager and was promptly greeted by Dustin, the manager. He made things right by warming the food, comping the appetizer and giving an additional $ 8 discount.
this is not the first time that I have had a subpar experience but will probably be the last because I will not return.
