I came across Frosted and Co. By searching online for cakes. I was pleasantly surprised I came across this business. I threw my fiancé a surprise 30th birthday party and wanted a cake to resemble a turtle. The cake was a hit and to top it Kylleigh was able to make cupcakes to go along with the turtle cake. She did a wonderful job!

I met Kylleigh through a preschool program that our children attended… but only after tasting her cupcakes! UH-​MAZING! So moist that they melted in my mouth!
Kylleigh made a Captain America cake topper and cupcakes (with Avenger rings on top) for my son’s 7th birthday and it was not only gorgeous, but delicious as expected! She goes above and beyond for her customers (letting me borrow a tiered set up to display the cake topper and cupcakes.)
I recommend her to anyone that asks me about where to get cakes and cupcakes. I’m done with Safeway cakes! ha!
