Terrible experience with the owner, rude, condescending to me over the phone. I had an appt. for a cut and color, when I made the appt. I told the girl I had a coupon, she said «no problem’ The night before my appt I was called and told I couldn’t use the coupon because I was there previously. OK, fine, My bad, however why the night before? The owner was so rude to me, kept talking over me would not let me speak, I was almost in tears, shocked! Then the next day she called me and left a message on my phone, still unreal, she told me she had an opening, no thank you, I will take my hard earned money elsewhere, the sarcasm in her voice, other people heard her message and were shocked that an owner of a salon, «best of» would talk down to a customer like that, It was like she was scolding a child. still unbelievable after I contemplated writing this review for a couple months. I spent alot of money there over the years, my daughter had her hair/​makeup done there for prom, I have had many services as well. Will never give her business again.

Quite possibly the worst haircut I have ever seen. The owner Patricia spends most of her time gossiping instead of giving her full attention to the client in her chair. I don’t know how the staff can listen to her barking all day. Condescending is the perfect word. All that aside The gossip the running around etc. She’s just not a talented stylist. The haircut was lopsided and the color which wasn’t even mixed by her came out terrible… Perhaps some refreshed training and customer training might be a good start.
