My daughter and I went because I have not been in years. It wasn’t terrible but I’m not going to rush back. My daughter got the chicken fingers and fries. She thought the fries were amazing” typical 11 year old” but thought the chicken was strange. I got the sampler plate and I understood what she meant about the chicken. I think it’s the batter or something or maybe it was they were luke warm at most but they were not the best. My cheese sticks were good actually the best thing. The fry thing that came with the sampler was not good. It had some weird fake cheese and not sure what else but one fry was plenty. It also came with some a Asian roll kind of weird thing. I did get the salad bar and it was pretty fresh and good. When we left my daughter said why did you used to like that place? I have to tell you I’m not really sure. I will say our waitress was very nib and we got good service.

Service was pleasant, but they should be embarrassed about the cleanliness of this restaurant. The ladies bathroom appallingly filthy. Dark colored smears on the wall. Residential toilet seat attached to the commercial toilet. The hinge was caked with filth and around the sink looked like it had never been cleaned. Not to mention what was splattered on the toilet lid. As for the food, it seems Ruby Tuesday has really gone down hill. For me, the salad bar used to be the draw, but now the dressings are watered down and artificial tasting, the shredded cheese seems to be fake(kinda chalky textured with no cheese flavor), and the lettuce– brown and rotting. Good thing we were just driving through.

My then-husband and I got sick after eating the salad bar. I avoid all Ruby Tuesdays after this. Also, who doesn’t like variety but I’m skeptical of a restaurant that offers way too many diverse dishes: shrimp about 5 different ways(even a Thai variation); bbq ribs; steak; lobster; chicken; «Cajun food»; hamburgers, sandwiches, more seafood«Bourbon salmon». Scale it back & do half the dishes but BETTER.

We paid extra for the Ultimate salad bar and wish that we would have looked at the salad bar prior to making the selection it was almost empty. Asked the waitress if they could put out fresh lettuce. By the time they had put the lettuce and we got our salad our food was served. We complained to our waitress that the salad bar was not what other Ruby Tuesday offer. Again she apologized. We complained to the waitress but never did a manager come to our table I would not recommend this restaurant

We had a very good dining experience. My wife wanted a bacon cheeseburger and said it was very good. I had the shrimp and grits along with several seasonings and cheeses. It was delicious. I have had shrimp and grits in several restaurants, but none topped this dish. Service was also excellent.

Food was decent. Had the Cajun pasta with chicken and andoule sausage and it was just the right size serving. Drinks are weak. Service was horrible unfortunately. Asked for another drink and didn’t get it. Was still eating and she asked if we were ready for the check. Might have wanted dessert.

The Bacon Cheeseburger was good that I had today. My wife had the Parmesan Chicken Pasta it was OK, the marinara sauce was a little bland. But overall it was a nice meal.

I’ve been to two other Ruby Tuesday’s, one in Branson MO, and one in Conway AR. They were both awesome, so we thought we’d try this one. It was around 6:30pm on a Wednesday. There were only about 5 other tables/booths occupied. Our waitress was very nice and explained what she thought were good things on the menu. We asked if there was a salad bar and was told there was, so we added that to our order. The reason we couldn’t tell if there was a salad bar when we walked in, is because it is so small and at an angle in the restaurant that makes it practically hidden, it isn’t really visible. When we walked over to it to get a plate, every plate we picked up had«stuff» on them. We sat them to the side along with another pile which had already been sat to the side. When angled in the light, they appeared to be unwashed. There were 4 very small sections of different kinds of lettuce/spinach to choose from and most of the lettuce(iceburg) was wilted and brown on the ends. There was not a large variety of other vegetables to choose from like at the other Ruby Tuesday’s as the whole bar was only about 6ft long. Our meal arrived in a decent amount of time. I had a baked potato that was nicely done and the grilled skewered shrimp(9 of them) with a garlic scampy dipping sauce which was good. The shrimp were grilled well enough, but had an excessive amount of season salt(one of my pet peeves). My boyfriend had steamed broccoli, which was cooked good, baked macaroni, which was ok, but seemed to lack flavor, and grilled salmon which was a very thick, nicely cooked chunk with a sweet sauce on it that was very good. What we thought was a waste of someone’s time and materials was that each thing we ordered was placed on a separate plate. My potato and shrimp were together, but my boyfriend had one big giant platter sized plate with one big chunk of salmon on it and nothing else. One small dish of the broccoli, and a plate with another plate on top of that plate that held the macaroni. They could’ve easily put everything on the platter and not wasted table space or dishwashing space and extra soap and effort in plating. This Ruby Tuesday’s could learn from the other two.

Chain food at it’s worst. Gave this dump 4 tries and they failed every single one of them. I give up on this chain completely. Food always had to be sent back because either it was overcooked, wrong order, or too cold to eat. NOW I understand why I see so many of them out-of-business throughout the country.

Chris was an awesome server and was friendly and attentive the entire meal. The food was great and he recommended a great dessert in the white chocolate cherry cheesecake as well! We were just stopping through, but would definitely come back if we lived around here!

Even though we got to this place only 30 minutes before closing time, they were putting out fresh food on their buffet. The food was so great, I ate too much. They have all the southern goodies, i.e. ocra, black eyed peas, fried chicken, yummy! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Hot Springs Area.
