This review is only based on one visit drive thru. The service is very slow and very unprofessional. It was around 4 pm during the weekdays so the drive thru was not packed but busy it took more than 5 minutes to place an order after pulling to the drive thru. I ordered one small chocolate chip frappé. After I pay and got to the second window they asked me to pull forward because they have not prepared the order yet.

Almost 20 minutes to get one small chocolate chip frappé this is by far the longest drive thru line I have seen for a McDonald’s

As McDonald’s go this is a good one. The drive thru is always fast and friendly especially for breakfast. This is near my home. Never had a problem.

This is the better McDonald’s in the Benton-​Bryant area, but this doesn’t mean I haven’t had my encounters here. The good experiences out way the bad ones so this is why I gave them 3 stars. The 2 drive-​thru lanes allow you to get in and out pretty quick. The food is normally (I stress normally) fresh and the inside is pretty clean. If you have a choice, I’d definitely pick this one over the one on Reynold’s road. But drats! it doesn’t have the Play Place. If you want that, then go to the indoor Play Place at the Benton location on Military Road.
