Fidelity isn’t exactly known for getting good reviews, but I’ve had mostly good experiences. The speed is great where I am, 125mbps — for American standards, that’s really decent(and much higher than all competitors in the area). They do suffer from occasional dropouts — and it’s usually in poor weather, but not always — but they’re mostly limited to brief interruptions of 2 – 5 minutes, often at night when no one notices. Downside is, if you DO need to get through, it’s a nightmare — like an hour on hold to be told«we don’t have an ETA.» But, they DID already know about the issue. I don’t see why they don’t simply get a twitter account and post live status updates. Also, enrolling in autopay on my CC was much harder than it should have been. For rural AR, I’m pretty happy.
