Have been eyeing their profiteroles for weeks now at my HEB. Made the decision to take one for the team and pick them up. DELICIOUS. And oh so dangerous. Any qualms I had about quality(after being burned so many times by cute but bland GF products) went right out the window on first bite. Looking forward to seeing more product in Austin.

I have true Celiac disease, along with several other autoimmune diseases(type 1 diabetes, thyroid &RA) and must eat gluten free, which can prove to be VERY difficult. Having Taylor Made products in town, and now in local grocery stores in AMAZING. Their corn bread, pumpkin bread, banana bread, lemon bars, rolls, sandwich bread, eclairs, cinnamon rolls… ok now I sound like a fatty… are all amazing! My whole family eats gluten free with me and never complains! Not even them 3&6 year old! They truly have the secret to GF baking down to a science and I will ALWAYS purchase their baked goods for my family, friends and recommend them for my patients. A total no brainer!

Fresh Bread Tuesdays! This bakery is only open to the public one day a week, on their«Fresh Bread Tuesday.» I have been coming here for a year now, and the quality has always been good, but the craftsmanship has improved phenomenally when the new Executive Baker, Marisa, joined the staff earlier this year. Wow! I am a huge fan. You can purchase many of the products in the local markets here in the BCS area, but it is so nice to come directly to the bakery for the freshly baked breads and other gluten free treats. EVERYTHING is tasty! I highly recommend the rosemary garlic pizza crust, lemon bars, and cream puffs. On Tuesdays I usually buy a loaf of white bread and take a free gluten free cookie(usually chocolate chip or peanut butter, one free with purchase of loaf of bread) home with me. Sometimes they have seasonal promotions, special items only available for that particular holiday(Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mothers Day, etc.) So happy to have a fantastic gluten free bakery in the area.
