While on vacation I decided to get a haircut. The usual haircut establishment I attend does not exist in Brownsville. The establishment was clean and there was not wait. The TV keeps you busy while getting the hair cut. This review might not apply to the entire establishment but to the employee that gave me the haircut. I was left with a «hole» in the back of my neck when to much was cut off. Also, one side was left longer than the other side. I didn’t bring my glasses into the store and was unable to notice any problems until I got home. IT IS THE WORSE HAIRCUT I HAVE HAD IN 10 YEARS! I question the hiring criteria of this establishment, experience and certification of the hair dresser.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner who apologize for my experience. As I had mentioned, I can’t blame the entire staff or establishment over one haircut. The owner offered an opportunity to return and receive a complementary haircut in exchange of the removal of this rating.
