Stellaire Laundromat

I love this laundry mat I’ve been going here for 6 years now and I’m curious to know why you guys never have A.c. The amount of money I spent in that place. Should of brought a whole new system by now. Also, most washers are broke fix it.

It is certainly good to see that the owners are now reading the comments. I only wish that you would do something about the conditions. This used to be a very clean Laundromat with good service however in the last 2 years or so it has rapidly gone severely downhill. The ONLY reason I go here is because it is the closest to my home. Every time I go here it is dirty, so many machines are out of service and the staff is so wrapped up in either chatting with customers, on their phones or watching tv to actually do their jobs. Several times I picked up garbage from the floor myself because I got tired of watching the staff walk by it and over it so many times and not bend to pick it up let alone sweep. The machines are very often out of service and I have seen the staff also pick «select» customers to give a free wash or dry to. I wonder why I am never offered the same? The ceiling has been open in the back forever and the floors are broken up front. There are times when the staff is using so many baskets that there are not enough for customers. People leave their things in dryers and people like myself have to stand there and wait instead of an employee assisting and removing things from the dryer so that the «people there» can use them. Sorry this place is totally unacceptable. I really wish you guys would clean up the place along with the people you hire.

Excellent service. Pick up and delivery was perfect. Clothes came back clean and neatly folded. They even washed my laundry bag and sent my clothes back in clean plastic bags. I highly recommend this awesome place!!!

This is the only laundromat near me (over 12 blocks away — yes, I am way out there). While their laundry service is a bit pricey (85 cents/​lb), it is well worth it with the service they provide. First of all they come and pick up from your home, and can have the clothes delivered to you the next day. I have given them three giant bags of clothes and had them done by the next day.
All of my clothes are clean, dry, and folded — all of my shirts come back on hangers! My folded clothes come back in clear plastic bags — they do not put the clothes back in the bags you sent them in, they are cleaned and folded as well! I re-​use the clear bags, I use them for my recycling — I never have to buy recycling bags now.
The only drawback is that they only pick up and deliver in the evening between 7 PM and 9 PM — I work far away so I have to make sure that I rush home to make the pick up and delivery, and make sure that I am not hanging out that evening. Otherwise this is an excellent laundromat. The few times I washed my own stuff at the location was fine.
