Just open my pick up, Half of dried out chicken With greasy hard rice. I will never visit this place again. The only reason I picked 1 star, they would not let me post.

Please miss this place. The owners are arrogant with ZERO people skills. It’s bad enough attempting to order and eat barely passable late night Chinese food. But, to have deal with attitudes and disrespect on top of it… Hell to the naw. There is a reason why this restaurant has a two star rating. Avoid at all costs

The food is nothing to go crazy about, you can have better elsewhere. It’s Chinese and Spanish food menu. It’s not bad but it isn’t the best. The service is. I usually order drinks to go. The wings are great though!

If your looking for a good strong drink then this is your place… They have never let me down lol… and o yea the food is pretty good… rather I think BC by the time my food was brought out I was almost finish my beverage. In all I like this place not to expensive cool atmosphere no need to get dressed up… a pair of flats, jeans and a T-shirt is doable

Just bad. Only ordered from here because my regular place is cash only. Ordered General sao’s extra spicy… I got extra sweet extra gummy chicken? I threw away 80% my boyfriend suffered through the rest. Just to save you the hassle go down the street to kum Koa and bring cash or use their ATM

We’ve all had good Chinese food and bad. Good Chinese is something you end up eating a lot of and saying to people around you how much you like it and make them taste yours and try to taste theirs. bad Chinese food makes you feel disappointment and appologize to everyone from ordering from this place. Sapolo is the later. I ordered the General Tso’s chicken. Even though they would not use white meat, I tried it anyway. I got a greasy mess with little flavor. I ate less than half of it. I had the vegetable spring rolls which were just cabbage. Vegetable spring rolls have actual vegetables in them. if you’ve never had one, believe me, they actually exist. Not just deep fried cabbage in a dough wrapper. The fried pork dumplings were dense and cheap tasting. My wife ordered the Chicken with broccoli. After watching her not eat it, I finally tasted it. It was flavorless and squishy. Her eggroll was no better. The fried chicken wings were pretty good, but not enough to save the experience. I would have rather eaten a box of Kraft Mac & Cheese. I would have taken pictures, but if you look at the ones on Unilocal, they are pretty accurate. Don’t expect better.

Hubby loves the shrimp fried rice from this place with $ 2 extra shrimp. He orders it at least once per month for pick up and sometimes for delivery. He also likes their tea but stopped ordering that since we buy a container of tea mix from the grocery store and add lime. I personally don’t care for them ever since they delivered shrimp and broccoli to my apartment with a huge roach in the container. I had them come back to get it and bring my refund. Hubby still eats there though, most recently ordering pork fried rice, which he rarely gets.

This restaurant doesn’t deserve no stars. I had ordered the fried chicken skin and I received nasty and tasteless chicken fingers yuck. My husband had the half chicken and salad soggy lettuce and tomatoes. I ordered a piña colada that never arrived with my order. Never again.

Some of the worst Chinese food around. Everything was soggy and cold. They also sent us General Tso’s chicken instead of tofu. When we called to correct the order, they offered to refund the cost of the item, but made it clear that they did not want to deliver a replacement — they said it would«take a long time» and they«usually just credit the meal»(apparently this happens all the time). I will never order from this place again.

I would go here again only if it was a special kind of time and place thing. Not bad but you can get food and drinks like this for nearly half the price in the suburbs.

NEVERAGAINSAPOLO! I wasted the FreeGrub coupon I earned when Sapolo failed to deliver a previous order, claiming it never reached their tablet. A call to Grub Hub to get the charge withdrawn revealed that SAPOLO did in fact receive my order on their tablet. So they just straight up lied! Benefit of the doubt… I ordered again with my $ 5 coupon. The food arrived speedily. Shrimp and Broccoli with two shrimp rolls. Awful! Awful! Awful! Rolls were greasy and not in the least bit brown! The entrée shrimp had no flavor beyond dish water; broccoli was drowned in overly thick, stringy, brown sauce,(bottom pieces were grayish brown mush like they threw in someone’s leftovers. SAPOLO, you guys are heartless, unbelievable and shameful! You won’t be catching me like that again!

I like Sapolo. I like how they don’t pretend to be anything that they’re not and they’re killing the game. They’re like the Rihanna of Chinese food spots in Clinton Hill. Come here if you’re really in the mood for some good food, not too expensive, no weird frills or LCD menus *cough cough @ Kum Kau* and good service. I ordered a small veggie soup and General Tso’s tofu and both were really delicious and filling. My order came to around $ 8, which is solid. Fuck yes, Sapolo.

For what the restaurant protrays themselves as they are kings in the field. Interesting me u(Spanish/Chinese). Pretty cool atmosphere, I was actually shocked on how nice it was when you step inside. Awesome menu, they have a lot. Unlike other reviews questioning their quality, I found the quality surprisingly good. Also, if you are looking to eat clean they have many clean healthy options. I do not live in Brooklyn, but I will be sure to check it out more frequently when I visit.

I came here hoping for a better than average Chinese food experience. The food was OK, nothing super special or overly impressive. The staff was OK, just ok really. I do enjoy their blue Hawaiin drink which is on the money! Price was fair, décor was ok, everything just ok. The problem for this spot and if you really think about it they have been there for years anyways is the fact that Kum Kau is near and their food is much more superior so I’m surprised they have lasted so long considering that. I don’t imagine really coming back unless I’m getting a drink and maybe, just maybe I’ll give it another try at dinner.
