Staffers here were very friendly in explaining why they weren’t participating in the $ 5 fill up promo despite being a Club Mango location. Centrally located with a decent flavor roster and some seating.

I tried Red Mango for the first time tonight because it is the only FroYo place that has made it in the neighborhood. I left with one very troubling question, how is this the FroYo place that lasted? After sitting in the leather chairs I was two bites into the amazingly flavorless cookie blast(or something like that) when I found a hair in the yogurt. When I took it to the employee he quickly took the cup from me and apologized. However, he could not give me a refund, his only recourse was to offer me more hairy yogurt.

I had a quite unique experience here. I was eating froyo with a group of friends and we were asked to leave because they were flooding, haha.(It wasn’t the weather because it was sunny out.) This Red Mango joint is like any other Red Mango store. The staff were all polite and efficient. They don’t have as many flavors as their other locations and the mochi wasn’t fresh. I wouldn’t make my way out here because there’s nothing particularly special. If I was nearby, I’d probably drop by because hey, I love froyo.

Great yogurt, friendly service. Gotta give a shoutout to Jose who gave us the friendliest, most energetic welcome you’ll ever find in the city. He quickly offered to let us sample a few of the flavors and made great recommendations(slam dunk with peanut butter) yum! Will return!

I tried a juice here and I didn’t like it, but that’s not the reason for my rating. When I came in there were only two workers and no more than 5 minutes later only one of them was left doing their shift. The girl that was working did a good job managing the line, although I personally had to wait longer(10 minutes+) for my drink than people who had walked in after me who had easier beverages(she had to chop up vegetables for mine) or who were simply buying yogurt. If there was at least two people working, one could take care of the customers who only needed to pay, while the other could make beverages. Another thing I would like to mention is that there were not many options for those who cannot have dairy either due to an allergy or an intolerance to lactose, thus said I would not come back to any Red Mango(BTW I am lactose intolerant).

Good spot for froyo. I have been coming here since they opened during my days at SFC. It was good then and it is good now. I like the idea of it being self service now because it allows you get exactly what you want in the quantity you want it. Be careful though with great power comes great responsibility. I usually go for the original or chocolate frozen yogurt topped with fresh fruit and dark chocolate chips. I like the fact that their frozen yogurt actually taste like yogurt as opposed to ice cream. If I wanted ice cream, I would get ice cream. They have new seating arrangements that are more comfortable than the prior set up.

This Red Mango has higher rating than any other I had seen so I decided to try this brand out. Service: best I have had in a froyo spot. There were two staff and both were very friendly and energetic. When I was having a hard time reaching a topping, he took the topping container out and held it for me. Very thoughtful! Flavor: I was surprised that they had taro which was rarely seen in any place. It tasted good too. They had about 6 – 8 flavors so not as many as 16 handle or yogurtland. They had lots of toppings including mochi and waffle. I would like to go back for their great service!

Nice service! Delicious fro-yo! Yummy toppings! Clean + Nice setting! Worth walking past the other one down the block! Ordered my usual: Plain frozen yogurt topped with mochi, strawberry and mango boba balls! But today I added kiwis and mandarin! The only thing was that the kiwis and mandarin were super tart, but the other things out shine the fruit. Hopefully the fruit will taste better another day, but I will comeback again!

I LOVE Frozen yogurt and in the past have enjoyed Red Mango. However after a recent visit I found a hair in the toppings that I placed on my yogurt… also the place itself was not very clean looking. I informed the staff about the hair(a long light brown hair, my hair is short and curly/black) and noticed that they both were wearing«side» ponytails. I know that look is currently in fashion with young girls with long straight hair, but if you work in food service you may wish to consider putting it back or up.

Very nice employees, once came late at night with my friends and they kept the place open for us to order and then sit down and enjoy it. Although the selection is much worse, the quality of the yogurt at red mango compared to at frozen peaks is incredible. Red mango is healthier with better toppings and nicer people. They also are much nicer about providing free samples Than any other place that I’ve been to. Overall it is a great place, with a welcoming atmosphere.

It’s self serve yogurt so I would recommend not to fill all the way to the top. Also don’t go crazy with the toppings. They add up when the cup gets weighed. Btw bobbas are back, bursts of fruit.

My boyfriend and I live in the neighborhood and always find ourselves wandering into Red Mango after working out or if we happen pass by in the evening. Every single time we go in there, we are always treated so kindly by Jose, who seems to work every night we go. Seriously, he is such a nice person with impeccable customer service skills. He should be promoted to management if he isn’t already! I don’t have any gripes about this business except bring back the key lime pie flavor that you had last summer!

I just love this place so much. I’ve been coming here since it opened in my middle school years. At first what attracted me were the super hot Korean cashiers. Nowadays it’s the self serve machines, the wide array of topping choices, and the menu additions for those who don’t like froyo. I’ve seen this company grow, from a meager 4 flavors to the expansive array of combinations that they have now. This one location is so convenient and I hope they never move! Love you, Red Mango.

Have no complaints… Yogurt was good… Environment was kid friendly… Everyone gets to choose their toppings on their yogurt and they also make great smoothies too., will be going back again soon!!!

Lots of toppings but not many flavors of yogurt. The toppings in the back were almost impossible to get, it seems like it was designed for shorter people. All the toppings tasted fresh and the bins were full but I think I’ll stick to 16 handles.

Place was closed at 9pm. Lady was inside talking on the phone disregarding few people outside the place. Maybe it could be a nice place with good flavors, just as the other bunch of red mangos around the city. Wrong info!

I would’ve rated this a 4 star branch, but ever since management changed hands, it’s improved greatly. Previously, the staff wasn’t very friendly or accommodating nor did they bother to exchange pleasantries with their patrons. Now, the staff is pretty great. It’s the little things that add up that make a place worthwhile for customers especially since the frozen yogurt business is saturated in this area of Brooklyn. The place is very clean and people don’t loiter as they do at other locations. They always have all of the newest flavors, and the topping selection never ends. If you’ve been to any other Red Mango, just imagine that experience but heightened because of a pleasant environment in which to sit and enjoy your froyo.

Very polite staff. The man behind the register is soo polite and caring. Very helpful. The atmosphere is a young crowd. But the yogurt is delish. Tried the white chocolate yogurt and its sooo refreshing especially on a hot night. Also have boba popping which is a must in my book. Soo definate come here for the ultimate yogurt experience. Also don’t be afraid to ask for samples. Soo my grade rating is Décor — A Customer service A+++ Flavor — A Price is affordable — A Ps there are soo many cup sizes to choose from.

Dang this location is official! They have boba pearls! I have NEVER seen any at Red Mango. I thought it only existed on Red Mango’s Instagram page! Man those juicy pearls burst and gave you a peek into the pearly gates. I had the mango and strawberry. The cashier mentioned a kiwi flavor existing but I couldn’t be bothered. I think I’m going to start shopping Trade Joe’s in Brooklyn more often if I get to treat myself to some boba! It was empty when I went in so it was perfect. It did smell like hot garbage and I can’t have that when I’m using my sensory system to annihilate this yogurt.

Red Mango is right around the corner from my gym: YMCA. After a long workout and with the humid weather, my boyfriend and I decided to pick up an ice cold treat from Red Mango to cool ourselves off. One great and best aspect of this Red Mango is that it’s self serve. Unfortunately they don’t have a lot of flavors for frozen yogurt. I got the vanilla bean frozen yogurt and topped it off with boba, strawberry, pineapple, and gummy bears. I’ve had bobas before, but didn’t really like the taste of the ones they had. Customer service here is good. Seats are limited.
