SOOOOOOO good! Delivery took a little bit long but we ordered at the end of the night and it was WORTH the wait! can’t wait to order again

Scam artists. I ordered a delivery pizza at 720PM. It arrives after 945pm. They would not pick up the phone at any time. I ended up cooking dinner. The kicker: they wouldn’t refund my money. AVOID!

Food was great. I went with my daughter and she had the buffalo pizza, I had the calamri salad. Its a good place to go before you go out for a long night or you just don’t want to cook. Prices are reasonable.

I ordered some take out from Ramagi after buying a gift certificate. I ordered calamari, a personal pizza, and tortellini alfredo. They quoted me 15 minutes over the phone, but when I arrived 20 minutes later nothing was ready. The restaurant is small, really just a bar and then a few small tables. The kitchen is open so I could see the chefs making food, which I kind of like. The downside is that I’m pretty sure they didn’t start cooking anything until after I arrived. I was offered a free beer or wine while I waited, a definite plus. The wine was great, and I was given an additional glass since I had to wait so long for my food to be ready. There was a very limited staff — no waiters, just one bartender and some cooks. The décor is alright, nothing spectacular. All in all my food took 45 minutes to be ready, instead of the quoted 15. Everything tasted pretty good, but nothing to write home about. I might be back, but only if I buy another discounted gift certificate.

I got the classic vegetarian personal pie, and it was great. The service was also great.

It’s really frustrating when good food is ruined by simple neglect. So is the case here. The pizza isn’t necessarily bad but it’s certainly not good… my wife and I ordered delivery and we had 2 personal pizza’s(each over $ 15!!!) that looked like they were thrown down a flight of stairs before we got them. Overall they faired ok but tasted soggy… not sure how else to describe them unfortunately. The appetizers we ordered(mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings) unfortunately faired not better — the sauce was splatterd everywhere and both appetizers were mediocre regardless… the buffalo wings had hair on them!!! and the mozzarella sticks were definitely frozen/microwaved…I hate blasting restaurants for things that are so simple to fix but in this case perhaps the owners will take note and adjust… there are definitely better pizza places in the area that have far better food for far less $, unfortunately we will seek one of the many other places next time we are looking for pizza.

Best pizza in the neighborhood. I eat here almost every week. Service is fast, ingredients are fresh and the price is reasonable.

I ordered from Ramagi off grub hub and they took 2 hours to get here. Grub hub tried to call them to get them to give us a discount of some kind for that outrageous wait, but they refused. In addition, the pizza arrived cold and stale. It was a very disheartening meal. Unfortunately, Ramagi is too pretentious and irresponsible to do such a standard gesture to a customer who has been waiting 2 hours and received cold pizza. I’m very disappointed with them. Of course, I didn’t give the delivery guy much of a tip, and he made an angry face and went, «Psssst» like he’s mad and can’t believe it. This place needs to learn that if you treat customers with some amount of dignity and respect, it can go a long way in getting repeat customers. Instead, I will never try this place again and always tell a tale to others of the abysmal service I received tonight. Now how can that be good business sense?

John and his team really know what they are doing. Sergio works the pizza oven and he is a master of his craft. I’m not sure how they have below five stars on any review, their food, in particular their pizza, is some of the best I have ever had. It’s a cliché and I read it all the time, but being born & raised in Chicago, I feel like I have a good grasp on quality pizza or at least what I expect in a pizza. Their pizza really did knock the socks off. Their fresh ingredients and quality products take a good pizza and make it great. For the record, it is NOTNY Style Pizza. It is nothing like it nor do they claim it is. It’s just quality pizza as made in the homeland of Italia. I’m in town on business for a month and have been over six times in the first 3 weeks. While it is embarrassing, I am also proud to gain weight at this place! All in all, it’s a great place to get a good beer, great food and even better company.

This review is not based on the food but on the ridiculous price($ 7.42) for the Budlight I ordered at the bar.(not including tip!) After seeing/paying the price I quickly ran out of there and decided to spend my money elsewhere! There is nothing fancy including location that warrants such a price…

Maybe it’s because I live so nearby and have talked to the friendly staff/owners a good bit, but I’m a fan of Ramagi and am a little saddened by the fact that it always seems empty. I’ve only had the pizza, but it’s excellent, if a little overpriced. Give it a shot!

I love this pizza… try pineapple and pepporoni. It sounds weird, but with fresh pineapple and real wood burning brick oven…

Preposterously expensive for what it is which is a bus-depot Sbarros with mood lighting. Our waiter appeared to have only a passing familiarity with our native tongue(English) and was slow to return to our table to check on us. The décor is laughably tacky as well which just kinda made me feel sad. If you find yourself with a yearning for gummy pizza and a pale chopped iceberg lettuce salad I’m certain there’s a multitude of cheaper outlets to serve you. Pass this one by.

As the new joint in the ‘hood, Ramagi is a welcome addition. Perusing the menu, I ordered the puttanesca pizza because it piqued my interest — have I not seen this type of pizza before? Why not? Such an obvious iteration but new to my sensibilities, right? So after explaining what puttanesca was to my roommate(he can’t help it — he’s from Florida), I ordered a large and waited with a droplet of drool hanging from my lip(the bottom one). However, I gotta say I was terribly disappointed. Perhaps the pizza was made with love, but it was not up to par for NYC. To boot, my roommate asked, «What’s this white thing?» when I realized it possibly was an overripe tomato; the pie was scattered with them. Wasn’t happy about the price of the pie either — WAY overpriced for the quality. No, I won’t order pizza again from Ramagi, but I am still interested in trying the pasta one day.

We came on a Monday night, after a big snow storm in NYC. The place is nice and cozy with a burning brick oven and a lovely décor. We ordered 3 appetizers: Calamari, Chicken wings and Margherita Pizza. The Calamari was good, not the best, but satisfying. It cost around $ 8.95 The Chicken Wings/Buffalo Wings were good, but only 5 or 6 pieces, so it was a little small for almost $ 8. The Chicken Soup which cost us $ 3.99 was also good. It was a decent size with fresh broccoli and carrots. You can tell it wasn’t a pre-packaged soup. It had lots of chunks of chicken and the broth was tasty. The star of the meal was our order of the Margherita Pizza. It was really really fresh. The sauce was delicious and the crust was perfect. The Cheese was very tasty and generous. The size was 12 inches and cost $ 15. We have eaten at a lot of other popular Pizzerias, including restaurants and little pizzerias around Brooklyn, and this pizza was among our top 3. I took off a star due to the appetizers which were a little underwhelming.

I’m happy to have this new addition to the neighborhood. It’s clean and simple. Their pizza was better than anything else in the neighborhood, but it’s definitely not the best in Brooklyn. The interior design is a little on the kitchy side. It’s sort of how someone would design a place like if they were going for all the Italian cliches: leaning tower of Pisa? The Brooklyn Bridge? Fake brick façade. All they’re missing is a sculpture of a big fat pizza chef holding a pizza pie out front. They’re getting their beer license in February, so I’ll definitely be back when that happens. And maybe for the occasional take-out.
