Panera Bread

Had a nice lunch with my family here. Party of 3 adults and a 17 months old. Great that there was something for everyone! Loved the French onion soup! Clean environment, nice background music. I had pick two Asian chicken salad, soup and store lemonade. Nice trip!

Order here quite frequently through the app & there always seem to be an issue. The staff here is also not very friendly. If I didn’t like the food or if there was another Panera closer would not return here.

This place has good fresh food. But my complaint with them is that they structure themselves as a fast good restaurant, yet charge high prices and separately for everything.

Teníamos frío y quisimos venir a tomarnos una sopa. El lugar es cómodo y agradable. La cajera que nos atendió fue muy amable y hasta me dio a probar primero la sopa mates de ordenarla. Me gusto mucho.

For a new place, it’s very dirty. They need to wipe down their tables and sweep up the floors. Food everywhere ! And the girls cleaning up was just bitching and complaining, if you don’t like your job, find another one.

Love! Love! Love! I ordered their chocolate chip bagel with a chocolate chip muffy — it was really good! Without a doubt, one of the places I’ll return to every time I visit Gateway Mall.

Okay this has to be the worst PB ever! First of I usually go here once a week to pick up breakfast but after doing this 4 times and having the same unsatisfactory issues the past 3 times it’s safe to say I won’t be going back here. First off the workers are not that friendly not to mention the manager he is so rude. Secondly, they ALWAYS forget something from my order. First it was chips, then it was my bread bowls and they even forget to put utensils in my bag. What am I suppose to eat my soup with? And last but not least the quality of the food is horrible. Definitely won’t be wasting my money anymore at this place!

Typical panera bread. I love them for their broccoli and cheddar soup. The workers here are nice and all but work pretty slow.
I see other people who were waiting for drinks only and even those took forever… but who am I to judge? I don’t know how the drinks are made. Maybe they have to be brewed and made from scratch for every order.

Went here for a quick dinner and I love it! I bought the tomato soup which is to die for!!! The best tomato soup I ever had! And the Mac and cheese is very creamy. All in all I enjoyed the food. Parking might be tricky but the food in general is amazing

it can get packed for lunch some days and sometimes they mess up my order but i am not a person to make a big deal out of it most of the time and i got here a lot it’s good. very friendly people and that’s a plus. always clean

First let me start off by saying I LOVE PANERA! It is my go to spot in the city near my job and I have experienced different locations in Brooklyn in Kings Plaza mall and different locations in the city.
However this location even though it is new, is severely lacking in professionalism, quick service, and basic customer service skills. It is sad too because this location is minutes from my apartment.
First lets start off, i go there after shopping with my daughter and we wait in line. There are only two other people in front of me, but the woman being served at the registered is carrying on a convo w/​cashier that is not paying any attention to the growing line that is almost extended out the door. Tell me why the cashier is talking about his friend that is locked up for being in a gang with this woman… NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
Anyhow, I get my order and go wait by the window. All i did get was the chicken caesar sandwich, green iced tea, large mac and cheese and smoothie. So going to the window i see at least 10 to 15 people waiting which surprises me because in my experience at other Panera’s they are really quick with getting the orders out. So i stand there waiting and waiting and waiting. I hear this other customer next to me complaining to a manager that she had been waiting 30 minutes for her order (which was a big order to go). Slowly orders are being sent out and at the same time some are actually coming back due to the wrong things on them. not an encouraging sign at all.
So I am waiting and finally after 15 minutes i get two watered down drinks that I have to send back because the green iced tea was more melted ice than tea and the smoothie was not thick at all. My food came about another 15 to 20 minutes later. And I didn’t even get the mac and cheese and sandwich at the same time. I had to wait for the mac and cheese. Once i did finally get them the mac and cheese was cold and the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and edges turning brown.
The manager who was painfully trying to help with the order i noticed comp’d two orders that either took long or were wrong. He was the only competent one pretty much saving the day at this point. The workers seemed not to know left or right. I have no idea why it was such a disaster behind the counter.
I will commend Joel LaPadura who was the manager that pretty much picked up the mess from the rest of the lack luster employees.
I do enjoy Panera and will give this location another try, hopefully it will not be such a mess.

I made an order online. I waited twenty minutes and then asked were my order was. It was behind the counter for some reason. No bag of chips. No baguette. No plastic utensils. Threw food away because the meat was cold and wet. Looked like a blind person put it together.

Panera bread is my go spot when I’m out shopping with my family. My husband loves the food here and so does my son, and they both can be picky eaters. I love their BBQ chicken flatbread and the BBQ chicken salad. Definitely the best salads I’ve ever had. The service has been great so far. Overall, if you are in the area and are looking for something good to eat try panera you can’t go wrong.

This location is clean & new. However, Service is slow& when you order items to go, often times the sandwiches fall apart because they don’t pack it right.

My boyfriend put me on to panera bread a few months ago & i loved it so i was soo glad when they opened one near me. This one is nice & clean & everyone is friendly. There was a mix up wit my order but shockingly it was handled really nice. The manager was really sweet. He told me keep the mistake sandwich & pick any pastry i would like for free. It was a mistake but however the woman calling out the orders should have spent more time paying attention & less time gossiping. But i will definitely come back

SO HAPPY there is one in this shopping center, because I LOVE Panera. This new location is nice – I’ve been here a few times already and it’s run smoothly and clean and the food has been good — pretty much the same as all the other paneras.

I was impressed with the digital panel that has your name on it so you can see when your order is ready but that’s about all that was impressive. I ordered the pick two & got the cream of chicken soup with wild rice & the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. I ordered the salad without Gorgonzola & asked for extra dressing. I did not get the extra dressing I asked for although there was no cheese. I also was unhappy with the lettuce that was in my salad. More than half of it was completely wilted & not edible at all. The soup was completely different in look & in taste than I’ve ever had before ever; it was far from creamy-​rather it was watery, salty, & overbearing in flavor of mushroom when I don’t recall there ever being mushrooms in the soup. I did not like it all. Also, there was practically no rice at all. I was so excited to know that there was a Panera close to my school & now I’ll never go back!

So if your in the mood for something different, then I recommend eating at Panera Bread. They have an amazing menu to choose from and the food if amazing. I could never get tired of this place.

Liked the service! The food tasted fresh ! I ordered their medditarainean quinoa salad without the chicken (since I’m a vegetarian). It was delicious ! The staff is very courteous ! And the bathroom was clean. Great establishment ! Will definitely be coming back!
