Mr. Sandwich

Why does this place not have more reviews??? this place is amazing. So I’m walking home from the post office and I encounter this place. and I go oh my friend likes this place .so I go inside and a really nice guy, Alex… Asked me what I want? I tell him I want a ham sandwich… he gives me all the topping options makes me a huge sandwich and I mean huge, lots of ham lettuce tomato peppers pickles and mayo and cheese for only four dollars. Everything super fresh I’m pretty sure subway is jealous of this place. Anyway I go home and sit down in my living room to take a bite into the sandwich… my taste buds immediately thank me. I think I’m going to go back tomorrow To have another ham sandwich because wow!!! I don’t know if Alex is the owner or the manager but I want to thank him because he’s amazing, Quality customer service and quality sandwich for a great price which is how it should always be.

Really sad. This place was a promising deli at one point under different management. Now the sandwiches are often ill prepared with spoiled ingredients by an indifferent staff. Such a shame, won’t be going back anytime soon.

Abdul is gone, there’s no passion for sandwiches here anymore. It’s just plain sad now.
I popped in to see if they still had it, but they don’t. The young man behind the counter took my order, which he messed up, then proceeded to argue with me about what I had ordered. Just kind of shitty to argue with a customer who’s order you fucked up.
The ingredients don’t look fresh anymore. Sad to see a place that used to be so good become so sad.

In search of quick and cheap eats during an all nighter motorcycle ride, found this place and made a couple new friends while there on line waiting to order my food. Gotta love that Brooklyn feel. 24 hour joint too, got it all.

Mr. Sandwich is a recently opened deli/​bodega in the Clinton Hill nabe. Great people there making sandwiches for breakfast, lunch and late night. I’d highly suggest an AM breakfast sandwich or a chicken parm sub. A welcomed and better option for you than White Castle. Recommended.

«Mr Sandwich», cool name! and a cool sandwihch mascot guy cut-​out-​thing, that is very welcoming! …but there are already so many sandwiches in this neighborhood… hmmm…
