I dropped off 3 of my winter jackets to be dry cleaned in June. They asked me if it was okay if I were to get it back the following week instead of the 3 day service on the receipt. I was fine with that seeing as it’s Summer and I wouldn’t need my jackets. I went back the following Friday to see if it was ready, it wasn’t. She said it might take another week.
It was strange because some of my jackets weren’t even being dry cleaned there, it was taken to another lady apparently…
I went back the following month in the middle of July to see if my jackets were ready, THEY STILL WEREN’T. What the heck… I told her please call me when they’re ready so I don’t have to keep coming back. She said sure I can do that.
It’s now AUGUST and I still didn’t get a call from her. So I went yesterday August 12, and finally it was ready. I asked her please charge me less for my troubles but she said that’s not possible b/​c the price was already in their computer system… –_​– and I’m thinking you should make up for the difference for your lousy service. But clearly they don’t care about being timely nor do they care about making their customers happy. WORST DRY CLEANING SERVICE EVER!

Dreadful. Whites come out gray, darks/​colors are sometimes splashed with bleach. And allegedly freshly-​laundered clothes SMELL.
