Went for Mothers Day… way understaffed for a packed restaurant. We had a 5 course pre fixe dinner and were there for 3 hours…3 hours!!! We actually only got through 3 courses during this time and had to ask for our entrée to take home. We didn’t even want the dessert. Couldn’t find a waitress if you tried… and had to get our own drinks at the bar. Never once did the waitresses come over to see if we were ok but they did find time to have smoke breaks. The biggest problem I had was the bill had a 20 percent gratuity charge, rounded up of course, which was never stated on the menu. Usually in groups of 8 or more do they do this but the waitress said you could have been 2 people and the 20 percent would apply… really??? I always tip well but I guess the waitresses felt they were going to get stiffed by he lack of service they provided that day. The owner was there and never went over to any tables and never asked how things were. You would think on a special day like that he would have been«accessible».

Some of the best paninis I’ve ever had in my life. Excellent and friendly servers and they deliver! One of my favorite spots :)

I absolutely would really never go back here. We had a birthday dinner for my Grandmother in one of the back rooms for about 40 people. It was family style type of service & the menu was already pre picked for us. There was about 9 of us at one table(more people on the other tables) but they only brought out one dish each(one dish of pasta, one dish of the main courses). Now I have a big family & they all LOVE to eat, so one dish per table didn’t really work out. For my table in particular, some people didn’t get the Penne Vodka that was served because they missed the one plate we got. I had asked the waitress to bring us out another pasta dish, she literally just brought out on dish for the one person & it wasn’t even penne vodka it was just Macaroni with Sauce. That really left a bad taste in my mouth. How do you not have enough food for the people at the table? Bad judgement. Then there’s only one bathroom in the whole place. So my husband was waiting about 10 minutes to use the bathroom. Finally the mother of the girls who were in the bathroom had to knock on the door. They were in there taking Selfies not even using the bathroom. Just all around it wasn’t a good experience.

went there last friday nite with family. We did not know it would be karaōke nite. Well let me tell you, we had a blast ! The food, from the riceballs, to the pasta to the panini’s was delicious. And the karaōke just added to the fun. Will be going back soon …

food is really good, but the service sucks. Every time i order for pick up, they go ‘please hold’ in an irritated tone. Not only that, but the ‘hold’ takes multiple minutes. For some reason they always sound like they are being inconvienenced. Give me my panini and drop the attitude.

I love, love, love this place. great neighborhood gem. their lunch specials are inexpensive and very filling cup of soup or salad and ½ a pannini for $ 6.50…they have the best chicken soup with ditalini pasta(even better than mine).their pannini’s are HUGE, crunchy and delicious. I usually have to take ½ of the ½ lunch pannini home. like their meatballs, spaghetti with garlic and broccoli rave. they make whatever you want even if it isn’t on the menu. staff is friendless and they have weekly dinner specials. my hubby and I sometimes go their Tues nights for but 1 get 1 entrée free.

Not impressed with the Tuesday night BUY1 Get 1FREE dinner special. Why you ask… Well I took along a friend and we were told that you can’t get 2 veal or 2 fish dinners together. You could do 1 fish or 1 veal with 1 chicken/other. So what does your dinner come with…1 main course and a side choice(not full size) of 1; pasta or salad or vegetable. Portions were indeed skimpy! The waitresses have real Brooklyn attitudes(I don’t mean that in a negative way!) and service was just ok considering our waitress occasionally went outside for a smoke. We filled up mostly on the small slices of bread and a few breadsticks in the basket and left hungry! The bill incorporates the 2 meals with sales tax and then the lower price meal is deducted.

Nice quiet place for a meal. The food was eh, but the service is amazing. The problem with the food was it was very bland and presentation not the best. If you go like I said you will get great service.

Classic Brooklyn Cuisine. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. I never had a bad meal here and continue to be pleased with the service and food . There are much more swanky and happening spots to be in Brooklyn, but if you want a guaranteed good meal and awesome price you cannot go wrong with La Bella Panini. My favorite thing about this place is the Lunch special, I believe it is 12 – 4. My Friend and I each had a coffee, salad and panini each and we shared La Bella Panini’s new personal pizza(definitely skip this, not good pizza) and our bill was 21 $ Amazing. Paninis are always delicious.

Well what can I say about La Bella Panini. First off, when this place first opened the Lannisters, my family, would eat their constantly. Father and Mother would always order take out and get very good service and delivery. However, things have changed a little bit: The Panini’s which are indeed delicious, are hardly filled with stuff at all. Whether you get eggplant or roast beef, don’t expect much in your sandwich. Also, the potato croquettes are the smallest little buggers I have ever seen, smaller than my brother Tyrion!!! Here is the scoop, if you want to go for some lunch and quick dinner then by all means stop at this joint, but if your looking for something a tad better than average go else where. Décor: 3⁄5 Service: 3.5÷5 Food: 3⁄5

This place was okay. I came here because I was in the mood for a panini and my favorite place(La Bambino) is in Queens and too far to stop off at. I ordered a prosciutto and mozerella panini and stuffed mushrooms to go. Now I typically give okay places four stars to be nice but I didn’t like their customer service. The man who took my order wasn’t friendly at all. He just kinda stared at me, never so much as smiled, then nodded and hardly said one word to me. Maybe its better when you eat there but honestly the waitress walking around didn’t seem that much nicer. The food was okay. The stuffed mushrooms were yummy, I’ll give them that. The panini though did not satisfy my cravings for one. It was decent and I finished it all. And it was large, I’ll give them that. But I wouldn’t want another one. The bread was kinda decent and nicely toasted. The prosciutto though was a bit blah and there was too little cheese. It wasn’t bad but I don’t think I’ll go back with so many other choices in New York.

Their panini’s are huge. It’s about 12 inches long. It’s nice and toasted. I ordered the Grilled Eggplant. I only tasted the ricotta. it was too overpowering of a taste. It’s not the best panini that I ate before but it looks pretty.

A really great local Italian place that’s great comfort food when you feel in the need for good home cooking. I love their fried zucchini sticks and their stuffed mushrooms aren’t too bad either(my mom’s are the best hands down though). I always end up with the shrimp oregonotta and my bf got the veal rollitini –it was in this delicious masala sauce that had me thinking Usher’s song O.M.G. Pros: — remodelled interior with great lighting — fast, friendly service — portions are very good — weekly specials — more bang for your $ — seating extended; more tables in the downstairs room for parties Cons: — street parking SUCKS — could be a little too quiet sometimes I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

i havent had a panini here but came for lunch to have apps and pasta. the rice balls are amazing and so creamy inside. the staff is friendly but not to attentive when my boyfriend and i had to pay the bill. the eggplant rollatini was pretty basic nothing i havent had before. the fettucini primavera with the grilled veggies was phenomenal!!! very cute and cozy well kept and clean mom and pop restaraunt. I would love to go back!

Compared to some of the panini’s I’ve had in the city, Bella panini is still my favorite. There panini’s are huge, it usually takes me more then one sitting to finish one. There lunch special is also a steal, pick 2: half a panini, soup, salad with the portions this big you can’t go wrong. They also have a pasta, apps, and entrée section to their menu. For the price you cant go wrong, good to go.

It’s a small restaurant and sandwich place that has amazingly tasty food. You can either dine in or take out. The staff is friendly and attentive. They recently added a back room which can be used for parties. The food is a steal at the prices they charge! You’ll always get a great meal at an affordable price.
