Best pizza in NYC. Service is not very attentive, but the pizza makes up for it.

I ordered from Kingston pizza, placing the original call at about 8PM. All seemed ok, I ordered a pie, garlic knots, and a Coke, paid by card over the phone and was told my pizza would be there in 40 minutes. 20 minutes later I received a call that they had mistaken my credit card number and needed it again, I gave it to them. Said problem was corrected. 10 minutes later, I received another call that the card had not been read, tried 2 more cards and still issues. Said I’ll just pay cash. The order did not come for 2 hours after my original call. When the delivery guy got to my apartment building, he was incredibly rude, would not come to the building door and told me I moved too slowly and ‘he only had ten more minutes in his shift’. I was downstairs(from the 4th floor) within three minutes of his calling my phone. Order: Garlic knots were stone cold, and they sent me Ginger Ale instead of Coke. I called to ask for them to send the correct soda, and the would not. Will definitely try different pizza joints from now on.

There’s a lot of crappy pizza in Crown Heights, but these guys make a halfway decent pie. The delivery rate is pretty lousy, your pie will he soaked in grease, and the favlor is far from ideal. Also, they have a serious problem delivering diet soda.

Waited an hour for a pizza that was completely inedible. Half the toppings had slid off and the bottle of soda was in the box with the pizza and had rolled around on top. The box was soggy from being wrapped in a plastic bag. I’ll never order from this place again. I threw the entire thing in the trash can. Thankfully grub hub got the restaurant to refund my money.

I ordered from here a couple of times and it was so so but edible. Then I ordered from here about two months ago and the food was terrible and took two hours to deliver. When I called to cancel they told me they already started making the pancakes and so I let them continue the order, over an hour later they still hadn’t arrived with the food and when they did the pancakes are just cold doughy grossness that we couldn’t even eat. My father made the mistake of going in there around noon for pancakes recently and the place was empty. He’d forgotten that they made such terrible pancakes. He waited an HOUR for these pancakes in an empty restaurant! He is too polite to have made a scene but there is no excuse for that and the guy just kept putting him off every time he asked where his food was. They obviously aren’t interested in staying in business and we won’t go there ever again. Their tomato sauce is mediocre at best, too

Just ordered a pizza from Enrique and the delivery guy brought me lopsided pie. I was very disappointed and when I called back, Enrique told me he was sorry. Didn’t take the time nor effort to satisfy his long term customer. I’ve been ordering pizza from these guys ever since Irma was in charge. Now, I’m starting to have a change of heart.. I will be looking elsewhere..

Enrique, I have ordered from you a few times and your food is usually good, this time however it looked as if the pizza was pre made and specifically I could tell that there was small amount of fresh cheese added to a pizza that was made possibly days ago… The patty and bread were both burnt and the whole thing inedible… The coco bread was burnt and I was never used to the bread being cooked or heated. From this I could tell at best someone was out sick or at worst there was a management change or something… I had to throw it all out… What do you propose Enrique? I’d like to go back to what I remember but after wasting 20 bucks I am «once bitten twice shy»…

Kingston Pizza has been one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants for years: recently I started ordering from them for deliver using GrubHub. GrubHub is so easy but these four guys have a problem with it. Maybe it’s the technology of it all but they can’t get the orders out. Recently cancelled an order that was forgotten and not delivered after over two hours. It’s a shame the place has great food but if you want to be lazy on these cold days you can’t depend on them to get you your food promptly.

Awesome dishes but terrible dry pizza. Make sure to order early, they take their sweet time.

I mistakenly reviewed this place thinking it was the kosher one. Oops

Pizza is stale and is gross. Garlic knots are still raw dough that’s bitter and gross. Not recommended.

I just had my first chicken *jerky* parmesan sandwich. Battered leather smothered in spaghetti sauce. Not good.

Ehh! Good for a quick slice. When I was younger I think it was a different recipe, but the current recipe is ight. I have only had pizza here and Icees when I was a child.

neighborhood pizza. nothing special– it works. Their menu is a bit more extensive than just pizza. There are a few booths that you can sit in if you’d like, but most people just pick up a slice to go. Especially if you are walking from or to the train station and need a quick bite– Stop in. Taste wise– there are better pizza shops– this is Brooklyn after all! This place gets the job done when you want a decent Brooklyn slice for $ 2 or $ 3.

Not the best, but it will do just fine in a pinch. As one reviewer already said, it’s best to get it to go. When I got mine to go, they didn’t give me a pizza box, just some plates stapled together. Whatever, I went in not expecting much and it does the trick.

This place REALLY really went downhill. They changed management. My Aunt said it used to be owned by a italian guy and his son. No more italians making pizza at this joint no more. I couldn’t believe my eyes because now mexicans are making the pizza. This place has lost its authenticity. It used to be veryyyy delicious, now it tastes like crap. I used to love to come here from california but now I will NEVER go back again.

first thing I ate when I got to brooklyn. the pizza was hot and fresh, cheese was on point, but the crust was a little too doughy for my taste. I liked the beef patty with cheese and coco bread though. Yum!

One of the best thing’s about New York is the pizza that you can find at any old spot. The only pizza joint in the vicinity will not disappoint. Two bucks for a yummy slice– the pizza is warm and the people are warmer. They even deliver until 8. The 70s décor is unpretentious and homey, there’s a couple tables inside but it’s better to go. One star for the deliciousness, two for saving my empty stomach on my walk home from work at 9 at night and one for it’s central location, right next to Munchie. –1 star for being closed on Sundays and late at night when you really want some drunk pizza.
