Been going to him for as long as I’ve lived in Brooklyn. He’s honest, wonderful and always very willing to work with me. Even now that I don’t live in Sunset Park anymore, I still go to him. Honestly the best mechanic I’ve had in my life.

Switched to Jerry after my long time mechanic in Gowanus started missing things on my older truck. I’d been referred to him by a few people and now I wish I’d made the move earlier. Not the cheapest but certainly reasonable, and honest, which is very valuable. He takes good care of my ’89 4Runner and my wife’s 2003 4Runner. All the mechanics are solid, it’s a family business, and all of my interactions over the past 2 years have been pleasant.

If anything goes wrong with my car ever again, I’m bringing it back to Jerry Atros Motors. I got an honest quote (and it was significantly cheaper than Pep Boys), and my car was ready before I was. They didn’t try to scare me into paying for unnecessary services, which I really appreciate. They’re the nicest mechanics in New York.

I am a careful shopper and when I had to take my old car (’99 explorer) somewhere local I scoured the Internet trying to find the hidden gem in the area. Atros is the place. I found many many positive reviews dating back years and tried them out. They are truly an honest operation and the customer service is great. I cannot wait for the warranty to run out on my new car so I can start going back to Jerry again!

I’ve been going to Mike and Jerry since my neighbor recommended them well over ten years ago. They used to be three blocks from my home, and when they moved out to Sunset Park, I vowed to continue taking my car there. They’ve never done me wrong. They are honest, hard-​working and timely. Highly, highly recommended.
Note: The address given in the Google search is wrong. Atros is at 27th Street, not 29th Street, and 4th Avenue.
