It’s as good as a fast-food burguer is gonna get. Their fries are also very famous and they offer nuts as a conplimentary appetizer. Sounds weird, but it’s good. I definitely recommend visiting this franchise if you’re ever in the mood for fast food and want a burguer.

I ordered my food through the online menu. I can tell you it worked out pretty well. The only thing is that I don’t like how they serve their fries as they just what looks like they just take like three scoops and dump it into the bag with the cup after. Really? It got really messy when distributing out the lunch to my coworkers. Otherwise, the burgers are great, don’t get me wrong. The burger felt like it was a double stack while really it was just a fat burger. Next time I won’t be getting fries.

Amazing place. Customer service is awesome and the food tastes so great!!! I love the cajun fries and the little bacon cheeseburger. I get like all the toppings, haha. Prices are a little bit high, but I don’t think they can control that as it is a corporate issue. They recently added milkshakes, but they are really expensive, so I don’t recommend that you get one.

A decent burger but they need to melt the cheese more. My go-to is the little bacon cheeseburger($ 6.25). The last time I dined in, they forgot the bacon. Luckily I was able to get an order on the side without a problem. They’ve also added a little fry, which is great for me since a regular is always too many. Don’t forget to stock up on their peanuts!

Rating this 5 stars mostly because of the awesome staff here. I love 5 guys in general but they know this location is huge for them. It’s also very convenient for me. If I installed a fire pole by my desk I could just slide down it and be by the register. The one by where my coworker lives give you the option to add Bacon to a milkshake. I would love that option here. Just saying.

I enjoy coming here when ever I’m on break during school(I go to college near by). It’s hardly ever busy when I come and service is polite and friendly ! Their burgers are good and I love their fries the most! Overall good atmosphere!

One of the best burgers I’ve had. There’s a bunch of locations and they’re not so cheap, but definitelly worth it. The meat is cooked to perfection and the ingredients are all great, specially the salted onions. There’s free refills for sodas and you can have peanuts while you wait for your order, which does not take that long anyway. The store is really clean, including the bathroom.

HORRIBLESERVICE: I ordered five guys for the first time today and was not thrilled with the service at all. I placed my order online and got to the shop 10 minutes later. When I walked in there were 6 people on line. I walked to the pickup line, no one was there and the guy making the fries didn’t even acknowledge me even though he looked my way a couple of times. When he looked towards me the final time, 5 minutes later, I gave him my info and he said it will be a few more minutes. Half the people that were online when I walked in already got their food and left by the time mine was ready. I ordered online thinking I’d get faster service by the time I got to the restaurant. I was in the store for a total of fifteen minutes. I will never order online again. It was a total waste of my time. I definitely won’t visit this location again because the service was horrible and the staff needs to learn people/restaurant skills to keep the customers happy. If the man would have acknowledged my presence instead of ignoring me then I don’t think I would have been so annoyed. To top it off I asked for ketchup and they didn’t even put it on my burger. The burger was decent but it’s not all that people rant and rave about. Not good at all. Good luck with the employees at this location. I know I won’t be back.

I took my younger brother here and he loved it. The burgers are pretty good, I’m not too impressed with the french fries. This place is kid friendly. I don’t recommend it for dates.

Slowest service ever! I went in tonight to get a small fry, It took 28 minutes(I timed it). I didn’t order anything else but a fry and when I asked what the hold up is, a rude male employee replied, «we go in the order it was placed, however they were past my number! Even if it wasn’t, that just doesn’t seem efficient. So when one of the other employees tried to make the fry, the same rude guy instructed him not to make that order(my order) and to complete an order way past my number. It was so incredibly unprofessional and not efficient what so ever. Next time I go to Shake Shack! Or the million other burger places in that area.

Friendly service and they make a good burger(double patties!) I get the burger all the way(make sure you get extra napkins) and a small fries(they always give way too many fries) They make each burger from scratch so they will not be the quickest, but it’s worth the wait. Prices are decent…

Back in the day when I ate burgers. This was the place to be. The burger is better than fast food or a diner but not as good as shake shack. I wish they did more with the décor of the place. It is boring.

Pretty standard five guys. Significantly more expensive than McDonalds, significantly higher quality. I got the standard burger, which came with two meet patties. I got tomatoes and they gave me two slices; I got cheese and they gave me two slices. They don’t skimp on ingredients. The burger held together well, tasted like good quality. The fries are better than average too. Come here if you want the next step up from McDonalds, Burger King, etc. but still want fast food.

Looks like a fresh double patty hamburger for $ 6.53 tax inclusive. Honestly, it’s nothing special, if anything, it’s a bit pricey. For comparisons’ sake, shake shack is a tastier but this burger joint don’t even come close to In n Out burgers out west hands down– taste and price wise.

First time having Five Guys, it was really good. The meat was fresh and it was prepared just right. The only downside was the location was very crowded. I will return and take my order to go.

The first time I had five guys was in Washington DC. I was living in California and was on a business trip. The burger and the fries were amazing. I dreamed of the day five guys would come to California and rival the masterful IN-N-Out burger. That day came, but it was a good 30 min drive from where I lived. So sad. But now I’m in Brooklyn, and to my sweet surprise, there’s one within walking distance to me. Thank you oh wise burger wish granter.

It’s basically your typical Five Guys establishment. One thing I appreciate about Five Guys is the chain wide consistency. Whether NYC or Florida, I know I can count on getting a good burger. As for this location, I particularly like it because it’s never crowded whenever I’ve been. Plenty of seating and clean. Best of all, it’s just around the corner from where I live.

I used to walk by this place and shake my head at all the people with their bags of grease, stuffing their overindulgent gluttonous faces… Now I am one of them! After not eating a fast food burger for about a year(I love my arteries), I got a strange craving for a greasy burger so I decided to go to none other than Five guys. I usually get just lettuce and tomatoes, but hey. its been a year since I’ve had a burger so I decided to take full advantage of their huge variety of FREE toppings which include grilled onions(yes please), jalapeño peppers, grilled mushrooms, relish, green peppers, etc. So I loaded it up with a bunch of things that probably made the sandwich much unhealthier than it already was. Hands down, best burger EVER! It was sooo good and juicy. It was like a party in my mouth. I was instantly upset that I order the«little cheeseburger»(which is actually not little) vs the bigger one. I am officially back to eating burgers. I tried the cajun fries which I didn’t like. I thought they were gonna be similar to checkers or popeye’s seasoned fries, but these were much too spicy for me. I’ve since been back and tried the regular fries which are quite delicious and they give you so many! I think Five guys is too awesome to be considered fast food!
