The staffs are crazier than the patients. They treat everyone like you are a crack head. Crazy.

I really don’t know what is going on with this place. The staff who run this place are sicker in the head than the individuals coming here. They are callous and cruel. Refusing to give me my antidepressants that I have been taking for ten years. I am a recent college graduate with a degree in psychology, so I am not stupid about mental health care by any means. They want to treat everyone like they are some sort of low life drug addicts. What they are doing is beyond sick to deny someone health care. I saw the psychiatrist four times and she was getting paid for doing nothing. The staff including the supervisor seems to think they know nothing about medication, but they are social workers with degrees and trained. If you work at a mental health clinic, you should have knowledge of disorders and psychotropic meds. Can’t wait until this place gets remodeled or staff changes. I am not the only person they are doing this too. Another client told me they have refused to treat him as well. With all the mental health care problems being talked about regularly on a daily basis in this country and De Blasio promising millions to fix the system, this clinic’s methods are a total abomination to humanity. I warn anyone seeking serious therapy to look elsewhere as the people who are staffed here are stubborn crackpots. They have no business working in the health care field which is supposed to be helping people. Absolutely clueless!
