The phone tech guy is good. The salespeople are eh. Wish I knew where Bella is now. She was an expert and great to deal with, but she doesn’t work there any more.
Boost overall has limited coverage areas. Everytime I go away I can’t use my phone.

AVOID.
South Slope store tried to charge me $ 25 for a replacement SIM. Called Best buy and they are selling it for $ 5.99.
When I first got my simplemobile at Boost in Bedstuy the guy made me pay double what I should have claiming that it’s a set up fee — called the sim company and it was a bogus charge. The Bedstuy shop is now listed as closed — I can only imagine he would have gotten a LOT of complaints.
Boost in my experience is to be AVOIDED at all costs!!!

Store has insane prices and charges you for every single thing! New manager is greedy and seems like she doesnt know what she is doing. There is a guy named joe, very nice, but only works once a week. I decided to take my boost business elsewhere.
