BAD Burger

THE ABSOLUTE MOST HORRIBLE «RESTAURANT» EVER !! Okay so let me start by saying my friend and I wanted to get breakfast food. We chose this place because the previous reviews said that this place would be a good option to get breakfast food at dinner. Boy were we in for a rude awakening! First thing when we walked in we noticed there were a couple people eating and the rest of everyone were dressed in fruit costumes. We asked if it was for a Halloween party and a couple people told me no and that it was for a video…
Anyway my friend and I sat down. We waited about a little over 5 minutes until the «waiter» came. We asked for about 3 things on the menu and he had none of the shit. So we settled for food we didn’t want cause we were starving even though we should have just left. About 10 – 15 minutes later he brings the food out and it was the most atrocious thing I’ve ever seen and eaten. I ordered chicken and waffles. How do you fuck up chicken and waffles ?! The waffle was all grainy and nasty, the chicken was burnt AF and when i asked for syrup this man brings honey in a cup! My friend ordered some banana French toast thing. The shit was a hot mess. Literally two toasted pieces of bread that had banana and peanut butter slabbed in between. When I started to look around I noticed that the waiter was also the cook, the manager, and everything else. How tf you have your employees partying while you’re trying to run a business. Eventually we paid and didn’t leave a tip.
Overall, I’m glad this place is closed. It’s for the better. Don’t ever reopen again! And honestly I want my money back !!

VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS BEWARE!!! I was served real meat here tonight by mistake, and there are many similar complaints on Unilocal.The menu says that the ENTIRE menu is available vegan. But in fact, that is not true at all. I was served REAL meat tonight, and when I pointed it out to the waitress she started an argument with me, and said that what I ordered was by default not vegan. The words «I’m sorry» or «can I get you anything else»? never came out of her mouth. It was only after I got very upset because someone started an argument with me after I mistakingly bit into chicken (it’s been 20 years since I became vegetarian) did someone else come from the back and sort of try to make it right. Too little, too late.
Also, too many complaints of food poisoning here too.

Bad customer service. Food took ridiculously long. Server was rude & tried to fast talk us. No cash? Its horrible to pay through grubhub. Menu isn’t updated and the restaurant can be extremely difficult to find on grubhub. Make sure you bring cash. The burger was good and i appreciate the other meat/​meatless options besides pork, thats why it’s 2 star. But ill never be back. When we arrived, we stood at an open table for a bit waiting for the server to come and clean it and take its paid check but it took longer than expected so we sat down. I saw other ppl walk in, wait and sit at dirty tables as well. Must have been an extremely understaffed night.

i went there to pick up a burger and FF. they said it tooks around 20 min.
after 15 min they said «sure its ready» and i gave them $ 40 thinking that i can pick up my burger and get my $ 15 change back… NO WAY !!!
To make it short– NO BURGER– $ 40 LOST $ 40 Rape and for sure never again!!!

I got here and sat wherever I liked. My wife ordered the joker and I ordered the hannibal. The burgers tasted amazing. I was able to switch the ranch for Chipotle mayo and the Swiss cheese for mozzarella without an extra cost. We waited about 15 or 20 minutes for our food. The waitress apologized for the wait and gave us a complimentary order of fries.
We used a groupon to eat here and are very satisfied. Unilocal allowed me to receive a complimentary cookie. Since BAD burger was out of cookies, the waitress offered us a red velvet cupcake.

I usually try to find something nice to say — especially when I try a place with a Groupon, Living Social or other social coupon. So here goes — they honored the coupon. Yep — that’s it. The menu changed months ago vs what’s on the website. so the decision to go there was based on false information. We were the only table for most of our visit, so the slow service made no sense — nor did the attitude problems the server had. The food was solidly mediocre, the service bad and the promise was left unfulfilled. Don’t bother.

Sorry but I won’t be back. The service was great but food wasn’t great. I am began and this should not be advertised as such

Wish my phone was working so I could’ve taken a picture! This was a late night stop for us after the club. It was pretty much the only thing open besides a few delis. The food took FOREVER to come out, everybody had fallen asleep. Granted, they were drunk lol, but still. It shouldn’t take that long for a medium rare burger. Finally, we get our sliders with fries and the fries are BURNED! Forget sending it back! I’m hungry and don’t feel like waiting even longer for a decent plate of fries. The sliders were good though, but not cooked the way we asked. Whatever. Downed the burgers and a few fries.
Not a very good first experience, but I would definitely try them again on another visit.

I have loved every meal I have ever gotten at this place. I never have to worry about what time it closes because they are open all day and night serving up breakfast and burgers. The vegan food is always delicious with large portions. My sister and I can never resist starting with the coconut crusted avocado fries and sweet chili dipping sauce. The service is always great as well. The workers are nice and do a fantastic job at giving enough time between meal courses.
Their dessert is awesome too but it is difficult to keep enough room for it after your meal. I was able to use a groupon for brunch as well as get a free vegan cookie from the Unilocal coupon without an issue.

The waitress was very cool… she made sure we were happy with our food and service. Burger was so delicious, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Their mac and cheese is superb… very creamy and cheesy. If you are in the mood for a good burger this is surely one of the best places to go.

The place sucks. The service is so poor. Should have never tipped the server.
I wasn’t told they were dealing with deliveries. Waited half an hour for the food and asked the server how much longer it would be and the server responded «don’t know». Like are you for real? How awful!
Never going back!

Last night me and my boy were on a mission for Milkshakes! We tried a few different places but none were serving all night. The bar (that also served milkshakes) we ended up at before Bad Burger was a bust and the bartender wasn’t personable in the least. We sat down to order and he told us they were not making milkshakes anymore for the night. Confusing, seeing as the kitchen was open? Who knows.
Anyhow we left and found Bad Burger :) awesome vibes, 24hrs, they have movie posters and pinball, checkered floors and Adult Swim on the TV. We ordered a massive chocolate milkshake (YUM) fried pickles, a beer and french fries. Our waitress was so nice and bubbly! So much better than the first place. We will definitely be back again

I wanted soo badly to be in love with this place and while the food was decent enough, I was really turned off by the overall look of the place. It just seemed a little cold to me and there wasn’t much to the décor.
I ordered the eggs benedict with pulled pork and my husband ordered the macaroni and cheese burger with bacon. Both of these things sounded delicious and perfect for my cheat meal, however I was a little let down by the taste. It was more average and I’ve had much better burgers before. What I did love though was the black and white milkshake we ordered. It was absolutely delicious!!!
As far as the service goes, I have no issues with our waitress. She was super attentive, but that may be because we were the only ones in the restaurant. She checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our dishes and was overall pleasant.

Ate here Memorial day around midnight with my boyfriend. Their were only 2 other tables when we walked in. Still waited almost an hour for food. A few others came in as well, but it wasn’t full. Also we wanted a window seat, but the table was dirty. I asked could the table be wiped down and the waitress told me in a non apologetic way «look I don’t have a rag or anything to clean it with, so you guys can find another table if you like»
Huh, say what??? I should have known better then. My boyfriend just wiped it off with his the menus. I ordered a simple build your own burger with burger with mayo, tomatoes, avocado, grilled onions and cheddar. My boyfriend had hot tea and I had an Arnold Palmer. He didn’t receive sugar or milk that was suppose to be given on the side and I received a Hannibal burger. I asked what was the white sauce on my burger, and was told, she didn’t know. Then I persisted it wasn’t mine, after hesitation the waitress said she would check with the kitchen. She came back with my burger, plus lettuce and pickles I didn’t order. Did I mention a table order after is and received their food first. 2 tables left after she started announcing it was an hour wait for food. The cook an waitress actually switched places at one point. And the cook looked «Baked». They both needed a red bull or something. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because after not getting water or a fork like other tables. And waiting so long, the waitress did comp the drinks, which was nice. So my boyfriend did tip her, and I liked my burger, but experience was very bizarre.

My first review ever on Unilocal,and I feel the need to pass this along to other people hyped on their menu, because let’s face it, their atmosphere is the pits, just how bizarre this place is overall isn’t worth it.
For the price of about $ 13/​meal, you get a lot of options. But our waiting staff didn’t care to tell us about anything. We were rushed, and also one of the only tables there. Service gets one star. I was disgusted by his curtness and manners. He talked to his buddy at the front the entire time.
The ambiance is also bizarre. It looks like an old dark tattoo shop that’s been poorly converted. It didn’t match the menu or waiter.
And lastly the food. I liked the options of having chicken/​turkey/​veggie/​bean/​regular burgers. But then I got sick and wasn’t feeling it afterwards. Yes, food poisoning alert. I had a bean burger with cheddar cheese. The fries were the best part. But repeat, don’t do it.
Don’t eat here, don’t even think for a moment your experience is going to be that one good one. It probably won’t be.

Music was excellent. Service was good and the food was tasty. What more can you ask for?
This isn’t my first time here but this was one of my favorite times here. The music was exactly what I wanted to hear. What calms me down more at 11 pm than alittle Frank Sinatra and Louie Armstrong? Nothing but a juicy burger and natural cut fries sprinkled with sea salt and maybe some love. I never felt like the waiter was ignoring me either. 5 stars for you tonight B.A.D burger.
