AMSISTHEWORST!!! Total Morons!!! I have been living in my condo since 2009 and now they say I owe them money from 2004!!! First it was…“it’s an ongoing assessment”, there is no such thing as a 10 year old assessment! Then it was«a glitch in the system», again not my problem AMS you dropped the ball I owe you nothing. Now they are charging me late fees for this bullshit! They never answer the phone, they never call back and their employees are stupid and rude!!!

This is the worst company to make business with. They are managing my condo in Brooklyn and I can’t never get anything done until i threath them to take them court. I highly regret making business with this company. They are very unprofessional and any minor issue takes months to be resolved. They will never answer phone calls or emais. If you want to avoid frustrations and headches do not make business with this company they can really make your life miserable.

Our building decided not to renew the contract with AMS after being with them for several years. Now that we have a new management company(NYC Property Care), I realize how truly mediocre AMS was. AMS, more or less, just paid our bills and collected monthly dues(which they did fine). We felt we could not really rely on them for anything more than that. So, the Board ended up doing a lot of work. Now, with a new company, it is a completely different world. The Board has a true partner with expertise and know-how. So, if you want a minimal, hands-off company that can basically collect monthly dues, pay bills and take care of payroll, then AMS is for you. If you need something more, look around.

Terrible. They don’t respond to emails, don’t answer the phone… or when they do, they tell you they’ll get back to you with an answer… and then you’ll not hear from them again. Incredibly frustrating. They«manage» my condo in Ditmas Park, but I’d be hard-pressed to know what managing they do. The worst.

If I could give no stars, I would. RUNRUNAWAY from these idiots. When you can get them on the phone(which takes about 10 calls), they are rude, arrogant and defensive. Always blaming something else for their continuous terrible job. Honestly I don’t know what they do for their money, there isn’t one job for our building that they got right. THEWORST.

Can you give negative stars? They run(I use this term loosely) my co-op in Ditmas Park. Their billing statements are absurd– they can only write 3 things in the«item’ section next to charges: maint /assessment /abatem So occasionally you are charge $ 100s with no other explanation other than«assessment»! For What? you can call and ask… but they will never be in their office and they will never get a call back. Our building has had 3 different reps at this office in the last year. Once you start to make progress on an issue(correcting their mistakes) the person leaves and you have to start from scratch. Last year, I ended up writing them a check for $ 400 cause I could not get it resolved and the late fees where racking up. THEYSTINK ! REALLYSTINK
