I hope this Subway never goes anywhere. My Sub is always stacked with toppings and everything is always efficient. I got two super soft cookies and munched right through it.

I like Subway. But this location disappoints. 1) Staff was exceptionally slow. 2) They charge for water. I’ll go elsewhere.

Not a fan of this location. It is tiny and there’s never enough seating around lunch. It is also always extremely warm in there. They need to leave the blinds down and crank up the ac. Staff and service is a mixed bag. It also could be a lot cleaner in the dining area. Also. Everyone who sets foot in here has never been in a subway I’m convinced. The line moves slow because no one has a clue how to order. I also wish they would make napkins available. They are all behind the counter which is ridiculous they give you one and you need to go up and ask for more.

Great location as its never really that busy/crazy in here. Folks behind the counter are warm, friendly, and attentive to my order. Sub’s fixings were fresh and delicious. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

I’ve been going here for about a year. The food is good, but a few times they’ve been out of supplies or they have overcooked the bread. It’s obviously not that big of an issue for me since I eat here so often. I do wish they would clean the tables and the floor occasionally though.

If you are hungry or just want a sub with more than two slices of meat stay away! That was a complete waste of money and I am left more than hungry. The pictures make it look so delicious but in reality, you are buying bread with a little bit of veggies thrown in for color. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.(Unless you like their bread)

The manager there is fantastic, he remembers my sub everytime I go in and is always smiling! Big improvements from whoever owned it last. Also one thing for everyone to keep in mind… its subway… a chain sub shop, which is now the leading FAST food chain in the nation… just like mcdonalds… quality starts becoming an issue.

This was simply awful. The best part of the tuna sub was that they put so little on it you could barely taste how sour it was. There was no cohesion to the sub so the lettuce and tomato felt like it was part of a totally different boring sandwich $ 5 footlong of garbage.

I happen to actually enjoy this Subway location. I go here for lunch almost 5 days a week-(the jared diet). They are always fast, speedy and super clean. The owner David and his family take the time to say hello and chat and they always remember my order. I appreciate the kindness and personalization when getting a sandwich and they do it right!

I think this is one of the non-cleanliest Subways around. The floor never looked swept whenever I’ve been there. The one issue that I have with Subway in general is that they don’t put enough meat in their sandwiches, not just this Subway but all of them. I love their rolls however, very fresh and their vegetables are fresh.

My husband and I had recently vacated our condo to move to Seattle and wished to give gift cards to the staff at our former condo building. After purchasing and distributing the cards to 9 staff members, we later learned from the staff they two people went to redeem the cards and found that there was zero balance. I immediately called Subway to inform them of their failure to load the cards correctly, that 9 people were recipients of the cards, and that I was embarrassed to hear that they tried to redeem them to no avail. Subway didn’t even help the recipients to see if the value had been depleted. It’s pretty obvious to me that they didn’t load the gift cards correctly when I purchased them Subway is trying to get out of my credit card dispute by saying that I wasn’t willing to bring the cards to the store(despite the fact that I superficially told them that I have moved from the East Coast to the West Coast and I’m not physically present in Boston!). Buyer beware! They’d get no stars if I could rate them that way. Shout out to Quizno’s– go to Quizno’s around the corner instead. I got replacement cards WITH A LARGERCASHVALUE at Quizno’s out West and they did it right! My business will forever go to Quizno’s instead if given a choice between Subway and here!
