Their selection is ok-The store seems very well issue here is the staff they seem more concerned with chatting with each other then actually checking on customers-and when you do buy something and they check you out they’re not overly friendly.

The cashier told me today that the new owner Renee, as of yesterday, is not accepting the punch cards we earned from previous purchases and to collect my punch cards and toss them in the garbage. I did not appreciate the fact that I’ve been carrying these around for the past year and finally wanted to ‘cash in’ on them and was not given the opportunity to do so. It would have been great customer service to offer me another ‘perk’ if you will, but to simply toss my earned punch card worth $ 15.00 was not acceptable. I won’t be coming back!

You never know what you’re going to find in a consignment store. Either you’ll find treasures or trash, but I suppose there’s someone for everything. Fortunately, Back on the Rack falls into the first category. They do a good job of keeping the higher-end, well-maintained things available. The consignment rules are pretty particular, so that’s a good sign unless you’re the one whose items don’t make the cut. Things are sorted by size and in some cases, by color, which makes it easy to narrow your focus. They also have shoes, although I thought the shoe selection was pretty weak. There’s no way you won’t find a good deal on designer goods if that’s what you want, but even the mid-range items are well priced. Back on the Rack has more than the usual number of handbags, but they seem to go fast. The day I was there one lady bought five and the employee mentioned the turnover is almost weekly. Another nice thing is the 40% off room in the back. There’s a limited selection of items at that markdown, but it’s still worth checking out.
