Drove 40 min out to Brookfield lugging over 50 items and they didn’t take a thing. Theyplace was pretty busy, so I had high expectations.
I did donate the bad stuff first! Majority of the clothes I brought were Gap, American Eagle, Kohls, Banana Republic, Black House White Market and lightly used. They apparently want 90’s Chico apparel. They had quite a bit of that there. And acid wash jeans. I was told my clothes were a little «young» (completely neutral for the most part) and not the brands they wanted.
Such a waste of time. I went to Swanky Seconds in Shorewood and had a great experience.

Elite Repeat is awesome! I can’t even tell you how many beautiful and unique clothes and accessories I’ve found there. There’s such a great variety! And they only take in items that are in new or like-​new condition, so you get the benefit of a great bargain without having to weed through a lot of sub-​par «stuff.» Consignment is definitely the way to go. You can come home with five times as much stuff as you would from the mall, for the same price!
