Always happy to walk in and receive a wonderful welcome from all the staff. The staff is great and have amazing customer service. Not once have I left from Ivy nail unhappy. They give their best service and always aim to please in any ideas or suggestions you have for your nails.

Love love this salon, it’s where I go every week for mani pedi and it’s great service is excellent, lovely bunch of ladies Jennifer is brilliant and also does my little girls nails and is super great with her. I give this place a ten outa ten all round.

not use just saying a half a star be a use they had good colors.

I never write reviews but I had such a great experience at IVY nails today I had to review. I went to another salon in the area 2 weeks ago for a full set. Almost every nail bled, the nails were different lengths and nail Polish was so thin and knicked later that day. I went to ivy today to have them filled and fixed. Two ladies performed surgery on me for about an hr. And I have to say this is the best my nails have ever looked! I’ll definitely be back.

I have only been here twice since I moved closer to the area. But on BOTH occasions my gel manicure was HORRIBLE!!! Even after I had to ask the nail tech on both occasions (2 different techs) to please fix the shape of my nail, most of my nails were very poorly shaped when I left. Like I could have filed them myself in the dark better then either of them did. One side of the nail super pointy squared and the other side ovaled out??? Ugh. Not to mention that there spots in the color of the gel polish that she forgot to go over with the second coat. How do you not notice this?! The one and only pedicure I had there was decent and Jenn is pretty good with eyebrow waxing which is the only reason that I’m even giving Ivy Nails 3 stars. As long as you don’t mind refiling your nails after you leave, then it’s not such a bad place. Lol!

I’ve been to this place a couple of times because it’s such a convenient location. I recently went to get a gel manicure and the lady who did my nails was very friendly! I noticed there was no gossiping between the technicians which made me feel very comfortable. The gel manicure came out very nice. I work with my hands at work so my nails don’t usually stay nice for too long. They say the manicure should last two weeks and for me it lasted a week and a half, but like I said I work with my hands. I’ve gotten a gel manicure at a few other places and had it only last a week so I was very pleased with this place. Definitely recommend it!

Each of the technicians is licensed, which is prominently displayed and that seems to be a rarity in many salons. There is no chatter between the technicians, who devote their time and attention to you, the customer. They do a wonderful full leg wax, and my legs aren’t easy to do since the hair grows every which way. They do a good manicure and their gel manicures last close to a month. The place isn’t fancy, but the women are nice, and their work is quality.

I came in as a last resort as I had been warned not to go by several people. I wish I had listened. Lady cut my toe, was pretty rough throughout and it was just not a nice experience. The place needs a serious revamp, not the cleanest and I won’t be back!

Interior needs some serious TLC, and woman greeting me was way too pushy about trying me to get mani AND pedi. She seemed rushed and annoyed, but the woman who actually did my nails was really sweet and did a great job.
I would go here if desperate but otherwise would keep looking.

I love that this place is right down the street from my apartment. I like to go here for pedicures. They have these great massage chairs with the pedicure tubs. They really feel like you’re getting an actual massage instead of like a chair that vibrates. They are a little sketchy/​dirty looking though, so be forewarned. I think they are just a little old is all. The women are very sweet and do a good job with your nails. They have a huge selection of Essie nail color. I think they have some OPI as well, but I don’t use that so I didn’t really notice. Their prices are very good and it’s great to have something so close to home.
