This place is a joke! My 82 year old mother had a 11 o’clock appointment and the doctor was a no show. The receptionist was finally able to reach him and he said he wouldn’t be in until after 3 pm. So unprofessional!

This place is absolutely horrible. If you’re looking to be in good hands DO NOT go here for anything. Last year I got my left wisdom tooth extracted at what us Bronxites call «The Little White House» on the grand concourse and i hated how long the wait was (even with an appointment) and how crowded it was so I went to this place and its right down the block from the little white house; hoping the experience would be different… it was horrible. The place looked as if it was still being renovated, the office manager was not attentive to patients or prompt with her work, the waiting area was freezing and filthy. The office manager set my appointment for 10am and i got there at 930am. At 10am when i asked where the dentist was she told me that he was on his way coming from Jersey and hopefully he’d be there by 11am. I asked why she would give me a 10am appointment if he wasn’t going to show on time and she had no real answer. Not THE but A dentist showed up in a cab and started my work at 12pm. They were pushy and not reassuring at all. Just a horrible experience.
