It’s hip to be square. Bagels come in all shapes & sizes, & here I’d describe them as square & smallish. But with good texture & taste. They have the right crust, little bit of give, & that trademark chew. The only ding is the size. Way too small for a bagel. Otherwise, a fairly good bagel to enjoy on Sunday brunches.

This place is a Gem! Get here early because stuff goes fast. The BEST croissants and pita bread. Everything here is made fresh daily. I can’t speak for the pizza and pasta but the bread and pastry items are out of this world! It’s tight but it is wheelchair accessible, not an ideal place to sit and eat.

Not Impressed! They totally screwed up my order. I was able to catch her with the coffee(ordered large coffee with half & half and Splenda but she was putting milk and sugar) but not the bagel. Lacking flavor. Coffee is ok but I would not go out of my way to return.

I noticed an angry one star review about this place the other day. I went into Cafeccino this morning and had a black coffee and a roll. Everything seemed the same as ever. As 11 am approached the place began to fill up.

If you enjoy mediocre food that’s over priced, they get the order wrong and you like swatting flies and gnats, then this is the place for you. Terrible service and the place is very dirty. The bakery is laughable and filled with flies.

Probably the best bagels I’ve ever tasted. They’re not round like most bagels you come to find. They’re square and come in a wide variety of flavors. Incredibly fresh and baked on premise. Among their other pastries, these bagels are truly tasty. The coffee’s come in a wide variety of flavors as well. From your regular to the expresso mocha to the lattes and my favorite, regular skim milk with turbinado cane sugar. Definitely a place I recommend for breakfast and lunch. The one negative I give this place is that they don’t serve bacon.

This place is awesome. My students love their $ 1 pizza, and they make fantastic hot chocolate(with milk, not water). I’m a huge fan of the mushroom pizza. I have yet to try the bagels, but I look forward to doing so. The customer service here is outstanding.

EXTREMELY good bagels. If you had them long ago and weren’t impressed, try them again, because they are fantastic. Somehow as tasty as a bagel can be. Other than that, I tried a few other random things, and they were all good.

What a great little bakery. Rugalesh was fantastic, I ordered an entire box of assorted flavors to take home to CA! Lunch was good. I couldn’t decide and got a little bit of everything because you pay by weight. Eggplant parmesan and talapia, spaghetti, and probably other things which I can’t remember. I also had fun with the hostess, server, and one of the owners. Very friendly people. There were a lot of locals in there, so it must be good right?

Small kosher bakery on 231st about two blocks from the subway. Bagels are ok but nothing impressive. They are the squarish kind and they taste a little more like bread than bagels. Yes, there’s a difference. They have a variety of cream cheeses which are tasty. Rainbow cookies are here! For all the rainbow cookie fanatics. We RCFs may be few in number, but we make up for it with rabid enthusiasm(caused by sugar highs). Assorted pastries, cookies, danishes, breads, muffins as well. I am not sure what is made on site, as I think I’ve seen food being delivered to the store. The place appears clean. There are two or three small tables to sit at. I’m pretty sure it’s cash only. Staff is friendly.
