I went for a drink and some appetizers and wow, the service I received from Matthew was incredible. He’s definitely the most attentive and friendly waiter I’ve had so far. Great experience! Repeating my visit again soon!

Bartenders are the bomb especially Dave! Service is much better then other I’ve been at. You can tell it’s a very excellent staff working there.

I would never eat at this Applebee’s again. The customer service is horrible. After we were seated the waiter did not arrive after 10 minutes. Drinks & food took too long & when it finally arrived it was cold. The manager questioned my friend if she was sure it was cold. Really? The worst part was the women’s restroom. I’ve seen gas stations cleaner than the one at Applebee’s. After that I just asked for the check & left. I rather eat a hot dog from a food truck than come back here. Don’t spend your money here for the bad service & dirty restrooms.

This place deserves NO star! Worst service ever at this location.
All the food was over cooked and cold … They don’t believe in clearing the dirty dishes before bringing out the entrees… I had to ask them to clear it. When we did receive our cold and overcooked meal and commented on it our waiter Jayy seemed unaffected or concerned. We also had to ask multiple times for our check before they finally brought it out.

Thanks to all the staff for you hard work I being in a lot of the Applebee’s restaurant but nothing like this one food hot fast and efficient at all-​time make you feel like home

No host! No manager! No one cares! From a franchise brand they should shut this down! It’s an embarrassment to all that work in food and beverage and hospitality!!! Where are the owners… Just making money and don’t care!

I went two weeks ago on a slow Wednesday afternoon. There must have been 10 people with myself included. I sat at the bar. The girl just stood there looking at me, i guess it’s because i’m pregnant and decide to sit at the bar. After 10 minutes she gave me a menu and didn’t take my order until 7 minutes later. The food came out fine. But when i order my drinks a virgin piña colada, it was just horrible ! and i also order a Shirley temple it tasted alright. When it was time to pay the girl was gone and the supervisor gave me the check after i asked. When i asked the supervisor for a refill of Shirley temple and she just completely ignored me and decide to pour the one i had in my cup. I left them a good tip even though they both gave bad service. They should pay more attention to customers specially when it’s not busy.

I always come to this applebee’s when I am around the area and I have realized that unlike other places I always get my food cold. ALWAYS! Whenever I have complained about it all they say is oh sorry and the managers don’t even care to come over. Horibble food I will definitely not be going back.

We went there for a quick bite late Sunday evening. The place wasn’t too busy. We got seated at a small booth and we had to ask to be seated at a bigger booth because we were way too cramped. After we moved to a different table we got greeted by our serve who introduced us to this pretty cool device (kind of like a tablet) where u can order your food, drinks, call your server, pay bill and kids can also use it to play games! We ordered our food which took forever! To the point that we almost canceled the order. We waited almost an hr and we all had ordered simple dishes (chicken quesadilla, salads and a pasta dish). I had the quesadilla which was really good.
Bathrooms are dirty. Two out of three stalls were out of service. They need to step it up!

The food taste very bland and fake. It’s obvious that everything there is freezer packed and flavorless; especially the chicken and grilled shrimp. However their hamburgers are not that bad but a bit overpriced. If you really want to impress a girl never take her out on a date at Applebee’s unless you’re in High School.
Frozen Drinks are ok, especially the frozen piña colada.
This is a good place to go if you just want hide away from whatever situation you might be in on a particular day and don’t mind eating cheap food.

The food was great and the drinks are good however they where out of everything i really wanted! Like whats up with that?? no berrys for muddling, No ice cream for desert topping, no pull pork for nacho verde! Can we get some stock in here?

The servers were super attentive and the food was really good. It was clean and I really enjoyed it. Seems like they are stepping it up.

With a co-​worker on the clock we came here for lunch to briefly escape the hectic office world of a white collar worker. I have never been a fan of franchise nor chain restaurants as the quality of food is mediocre and mass produced. We ordered the lunch special of «two for $ 20.00» for one shared appetizer of boneless wings. My individual entrée is double-​glazed baby rack ribs. My co-worker’s entrée was lemon chicken. Service is average. Preparation of food took entirely too long to be served. No alcohol libations for either of us as we were on-​the-​clock.

This is not a 5 star restaurant, I understand that completely. I come here once in a blue when i’m craving there sampler & am watching a game. This last time will be the last time.
First & foremost the waitress took an exaggerated amount of time to come see us, almost to the point where my wife & I almost left.
Second, they not only ran out of kids menus for both my boys, they also ran out of food. After continuously going through the menu & being shut down by «we no longer sell that, well we ran out of that», we just got basic burgers just because my kids were hungry.
The final straw, after not coming around to refill our drinks until I had to call her from across the restaurant & all the disappointment. We ordered 3 desserts to go, which I checked my receipt that was payed for. I realized it was not in the bag. I do realize I should have been more conscious & checked before leaving but standing around for 15 min waiting for some ice cream made me just want to get out of there.
They need new management & a big turn around fast. I now realized why is was a ghost town in there.

Needing a bite after the gym, we decided to stop at Applebee’s for a salad. It being right next door to Target also didn’t hurt.
I arrived prior to my boyfriend and was sat promptly at a booth. I waited. quite a while for a server. By the time my boyfriend arrived, about five to seven minutes later we were still not approached by a server and he was shocked that not even water was on the table.
He suggested we moved to the bar area for a high top table. Excellent suggestion, we walked over and again was sat shortly. We were greeted (quickly) by our new server, Kevin. And we were happy we made the switch.
Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. He took our order right away, ceasar salad for me with a side of vegetable medley and for him honey bbq wings and a Green Goddess wedge salad.
The food took a little while to come out but Kevin was attentive and regularly checked to see if we were okay and if we needed refills. Thanks Kevin!
All in all the experience was A-​OK. Kevin was the reason we had such a pleasant experience so we appreciated that.

Horrible! Based on service and clientele. Food is tasteless and undesirable. Obnoxious loud music on top of poor sound system. Tried eating here twice. One evening I heard the chef screaming and cursing at the top of his lungs at his kitchen staff! This place is totally ghetto. Won’t be returning.

Man, this place is just a dump. I had one horrible evening with the lousy staff. From when I first entered, the hostess was looking around confused looking for a table of two. It was as if it were her first day, she sat me down only to tell me wait a few minutes for a table. Promptly after in 15 seconds, told us to follow her to the table. She handed us two menus as we sat, which happened to both be entirely in Spanish! This is all in my first three minutes of entering, I should’ve walked away.
Our waiter comes around, and we put our order in for drinks and an appetizer. He came back with the drinks, so then we put our order for dinner. After a long wait, with the waiter stuck on a terminal, he comes with the dinner. Horrible! Completely forgot about our appetizer. Annoyed already at the insanely unprofessional environment, we ate our dinner and shrugged off the appetizer. The drinks were too sour, the steak was way overcooked, and it seems only the chicken tenders & fries were good (how could you mess that up?).
The staff seems to be more into chatting or «looking busy» for huge moments of times, rather than asking how is ones dining experience or if anything is needed. The waiter only checked in with us only once, and that was when I was nearly finished with my meal!
It saddens me that I’m writing such a low review for the establishment, as I’m a local from the area. But this establishment reeks all sorts of «ghetto”-tendencies, and matches it with food of the same class. The area could do better with a proper restaurant in this location.

Just like all the other Applebee’s locations as far as ambiance, décor, and food but the service at this one can be touch-​and-​go.
I’ve eaten here a handful of times when we would make our Target runs. Sometimes the service is quite good and other times I felt like I was fending for myself. The restaurant is never full, but can get quite busy during the lunch hours and on weekends. I notice that every time I’m there, there are always issues with the tables near the windows and people outside; e.g. homeless people standing and staring.
I stopped going to Target and so stopped coming here. If I’m in the area and need a quick bite, then I may stop by again but it is highly unlikely.

Is it me, or are have the prices jumped up a bit? Used to consider this a local cheap hangout, but not anymore. I’ve never been wowed by the food, but I can’t say I’ve ever sent anything back. The staff aren’t rude, but they don’t seem to engage much. I usually get a seat at the bar, but sometimes its hard to find seats for a group of two or three together.
I don’t hate the place, but for the price and the just average quality of the food, I can think of other places I’d rather go for drinks, or for a bite.

Almost every time I go to this Applebee’s I have the worst service ever.
The other day I decided to try their breakfast for the first time… Raw pancakes ! Who wants to eat raw pancakes for breakfast? Not me, no thanks. This was the icing on the cake for me, I refuse to ever step foot in that Applebee’s again. Disgusting !
