I messed up my order. Kyle provided great customer service and fixed it while being upbeat and patient. That type of service is more than I expected. I’ll be back.

This is the only McDonald’s I pass by on the way to work, as a result I am forced to put up with their sloppy, unprofessional and rude service, just so I can get a one dollar coffee before my shift. The first time they messed up my order I got a little attitude, I just let it roll off me because life’s too short to stress. The tenth time they messed it up, I was pissed. I gave them attitude and they(in Spanish) started talking about how much they wished I would just shut up and go somewhere else. Yes, I may not look like I understand Spanish, but I took Spanish in grade school, high school and college. And I stayed in Spain for a few months after college. Honestly, I was too upset to say anything else, and also, what could you say without it escalating anyways. This is just to spare anyone that has a choice of multiple McDonald’s. Don’t go here if you want your order made right. And if it is incorrect, please don’t bother the employees there with your complaint. They don’t want to hear it for one, and secondly, they think you’re a pain in the ass for asking them to correct it.

Everyone that works here is great. The food is on par with all other locations. My only complaint… hours Try having it open 24 hours and see what happens. That’s all I’m saying… There are a lot of late night people in the area and I really think they will get business after 11PM.

This is my favorite McD in the area. They go the extra mile. This morning, this was the first mcd on my minion hunt. I was the cashier which minions they have and she went to find the different ones for me. I picked out the one I wanted and told her I’d take a happy meal with that. She told me that I didn’t have to buy the happy meal and can’t just buy the toy. Very informative kid! I already knew that but I didn’t mind buying the meal to nibble on fresh fries and nuggets. As long as you don’t come here at odd times, they keep their food fresh which is why I come here for my fries cravings. Side note, their prices on some items are higher than other mcd.

I always visit this McDonalds. They don’t care if you sit all day using their internet. Lots of outlets for your laptops, cell phone, iPads. There’s TVs and the restrooms are all renovated very nicely. Lots of space and great for everyone. Mainly I love the interior design space that attracted me to this location. My filet sandwich came out with half a slice of cheese and latte tastes kinda gross.

The location is convenient if you have a car. They have parking lots and drive-through. ATM of Bank of America is walking distance. If you have pets, a pet shop(PetSmart) is also nearby. The restaurant itself is relatively new. Clean inside out. The staff are OK compared to other McDonald’s. I stop by time to time for a quick bite to eat.

TIRED of this NON English speaking place, You want to work LEARN to understand and speak ENGLISH, time and time again I order and what you order and what you get in totally wrong. All the can say is that it, is that it, NEVER double check you order most of the time they in kitchen where everyone is yelling it’s a wonder they can ever hear the order. TODAY I ordered 10 nuggets, changed to 20 and go 10NOTHING different for this store. MAYBE the owners should THINK about raising the pay and hiring people that UNDERSTAND how to take an order, FILL the order correctly. ITS Called Customer service.

After the renovation, this McDonald’s is fantastic! The interior and exterior is chic and pretty darn clean. I like how their dollar-ish menu is on the side so people can stand to the side to stare at it. I love love love love their 20 piece nuggets for $ 5!!! This is my go-to food there. Also I recently found out that they take competitor coupons like Burger King!!! Well only their BOGO coupons. This is a good place to hang out to eat and watch tv with the screens they have put up!!!

They deal with my shit and my couponing craze so they’re a winner. Mcdonald’s now accepts competitor coupons so obviously I whip out the BK snips and get a go at it. The cashier without a blink of an eye told me they accept the BOGO sandwich ones and I was like«Oooohhhh» and got two bacon habanero quarter pounders to try. I wish they took the meal coupons too for nuggets and such but alas you can only force the foot so far. Not my favorite burger but the coupon made it worth trying. This is a sleek and chic Mcdonalds that got a new look a year or two ago and even the toilets are hand free automatic flush. Clean place and efficient service is all that I need for a fast food place.

Food poisoning. Just suffered three days of food poisoning thanks to this particular McDonald’s location. I hadn’t eaten anything for almost a full day before and was starving, which is why I stopped here. Just got a hamburger and fries. Within a few hours, I was on the floor wretching and spent three days with, well, I will spare you the details. Apart from the fact I hadn’t eaten anything else for almost 24 hours before hand, how do I know it was this place? Well, you see, a few months before I had ordered one of their chicken snack things(not the nuggets) when I took a bite and the thing was raw. Completely raw chicken meat on the inside. The batter was crispy fried on the outside but totally raw inside. I caught myself before I swallowed or else I probably would have been sick as a dog for days then as well.(On the plus side, at least I know they use actual chicken meat for SOME things and not everything is totally processed and indistinguishable from its source). Nevertheless, there is some issue with how this place is run. The owners need to do something about it. You’re lucky I’m not suing. Seriously. McDonald’s corporate needs to take note. In any event, this location needs to be avoided.(And note, this is the one that they tore down and rebuilt from the ground up recently, so it isn’t due to faulty old equipment. It is clearly incompetence by the employees.)

Last time I checked it wasn’t hard to look at a list of items and place them in the damn bag. However McDonalds ALWAYS seems to mess it up. It’s very frustrating. Check your bag before you leave

My love of the Shamrock shake brings me back year after year. This was the first location to have them and they were made a bit better than the other places. These were through and through green minty madness. Some of the other places have been giving me vanilla shakes with a stream of green blasted into the middle which I then have to mix and mix. So far I have been happy here but over the years they have changed their mix and recipe and it is just not the same. The girls at work bought one just to see why I was turning green and sadly they were disappointed. Oh Micky D’s somethings should stay the same. The old familiar shakes hit the spot but these new once just don’t add up and it is really the only reason I come anymore :(

As my numerous imaginary fans are well aware, i firmly believe that not all McDonald’ses are created equal. You have your old school brick, brown-tile-floored, painted-and-repainted finned-roofed edifices, and your new-school Scandinavian clean-designed, comfy-seated, LCD-menued marvels of the future. This is one of those. But don’t let it fool you, this one can be a bit of a mess. Most importantly, i’ve been here twice and each time, the McDoubles are assembled in some kind of bizarre offsetting pattern wherein no layer may be centered upon the one below. This would make it difficult to wrap, except that they cram it all into a normal-cheeseburger-shaped wrapper, akin the tinfoil Spanx a good burrito wears. Except when you unwrap these you unwrap sadness. It still tastes good, though. Having said that, maybe they’ll shape up, and on the bright side, there are no meth-heads. i will report back on both issues, obviously.

It’s a McDonald’s, so obviously it’s not going to be a 5-star experience, but if the staff were a bit friendlier, it’d get higher than 3 stars. Unfortunately, the service pretty much sucks. First, the good: The location is great and there are two lanes in the drive-thru which, although doesn’t actually speed things up(because there is still only one person taking orders), makes the queue seem shorter and more pleasant. The inside is very clean and has a good amount of seating. Our orders have always been quickly made and have been correct. The bad: The staff in the drive-thru seems miserable every time we’re here. The last two times we’ve done drive-thru, the person taking the money at the first window doesn’t say a word to us. No «hello» when we get there, no «thank you» when we pay… hell, the guy didn’t even tell us the amount we owed! He simply took the money, gave us our change and receipt, and shut his window. The person giving us our food generally gives us a monotonous«thank you», so at least we get that. In the end, it’s a fast-food joint, so expect the same food you get at any other McDonald’s location. Just don’t expect a smiling face.

You know normally I wouldn’t write a review for a mickey d’s ’cause it’s just ridiculous but i live literally down the street from this one and I have been going here for years since before the renovations when it was a hot gross mess. it looks a lot prettier now but the service is mediocre. Allow me to explain. I mainly go to mickey d’s because I am obsessed with their unsweetened iced teas and since they have come out with it, it has always been a dollar for a huuuge Styrofoam cup of it which is not only awesome but brings great joy to my world. I’ve lgone to the drive thru literally once a day sometimes even twice if I’m feeling risqué. The same teenager that takes the money at the window always tries to hit on me with some combination of «sweety hunny baby darling» cooing in my ear and most times I want to smack him but it just provides entertainment so I just bite my tongue. Sometimes they screw up my tea. I’ve tried saying«unsweetened» or «no sugar» or «sweet tea– with no sugar» and somehow they always give me the sugar laced ones. I always have to double ask when they hand it to me and when they get it wrong they always look at me like I’M the idiot when clearly it was on my receipt and was on the order kiosk thing. But no biggie. Again — it’s a dollar. It’s also PAINFUL when you go in to order. it’s a bit unorganized and again I’ve gone in to only order the tea and they always forget me, ignore me or give me the wrong one– i often wonder why at some locations they just give you the cup to fill up on your own(I like to regulate my own ice and I like it filled) but at mine they don’t so you are extra tortured for waiting. There also seems to be a lot of managers in the blue shirts around. The only other thing I order is the fruit parfait thing which is pretty good and I was obsessed with their oatmeal for a while. I also like that they have a fruit and walnut yogurt thing and their orea mcflurries are so so ssooooooooooooo bad for you but sooo good. I justify the calories by ordering the«snack size». i also like their angus mushroom mini wraps which I hold the mayo(blech) — they are kinda pricey for just one but good for a snack! I also sometimes like the nuggets if i really need to eat something and don’t feel like being a fatty. Also, it’s nice they offer free wi-fi but really? I don’t come here to do my homework or troll the internet but I guess it’s a nice gesture. But ronald mcdonald still freaks me out and it’s unsettling when I see his red poofy hair. UGH. And they need to bring back the fry kids, the hamburglar and that awkwardly shaped grimace purple blob thing, the birdie girl and the rest of that hot mess crew.

This is one of the best looking McDonald’s amoungst all McDonald’s I’ve been to, except those in the Suburban areas which I don’t think should be compared to when you’re in the city. First off, i remember this McD’s when years and years ago when it looked so bad and smell so bad. This is definitely a HUGE upgrade to what it was. I love the little diner looking area and the outside patio space. The look and feel makes you think back to the old days when you were young going to a McD with a playing area. This doesn’t have such playing area but it reminds you of a diner instead of just another fast food joint. The service isn’t so bad, then again, i usually only come here later at night and only to get iced teas. They do take an aweful long time to make it though. I’ve witness it being paid and it just sat there while they wait for another order to be put together but couldn’t because one of the items wasn’t ready. I don’t understand why didn’t they just pour the tea into my cup so I can just go… hmmm. this is the only reason why i gave it a 2 star instead of 3.

The renovations to this McDonald’s are worthy of a star in and of themselves. I don’t know of many Mickey D’s with an outdoor patio area. I haven’t had the opportunity to try it out for myself, but it sure looks nice. Another star for the fact that the drive thru exists… Too bad the service leaves much to be desired. I can’t help but be sucked in by the $ 1 medium iced coffee posters – I’m the consummate consumer – but every time I order it, they get it wrong, without fail. How do you mess up an iced BLACK coffee? HOW? Let me tell you how. I ordered an iced black coffee. Out comes a coffee that’s WHITE, as in totally loaded with sugar and cream. Wrong-o. Okay, maybe that was just a one time thing. Then, another day, I try again. I asked for an iced black coffee… and received a HOT black coffee with some ice cubes in it… REALLY? I mean, REALLY??? It is incredible to me. Every single time. Kind of impressive, if you ask me. At least there’s a McDonald’s nearby for when that once-in-while Big Mac craving hits.
