Was really looking forward to trying this place out. We were seated quickly and our drink orders were taken right away. However we waited one hour for our food to arrive. Several people had arrived after us and received their food before us. Ordered traditional Phở noodles and a curry dish. We were not in a hurry but this is too long for lunch. The Phở was ok, but had a hard time getting through the curry dish because the flavor was lacking at best.

Been meaning to get to this place for awhile now, easily our favorite Vietnamese place in Brighton, and right up there with the places we like out of town. Who ever thought we’d start getting as many Vietnamese places as there are Mexican in this town? The mind reels. Great service, friendly and attentive. Nice, clean bright place. Since I’m a noodle bowl freak, that’s usually what I order, and it’s great, but the other offerings are quite good also, particularly their take on curry, not Indian or Thai, but Vietnamese, I recommend it if you’re looking for something a little different. Since most of my reviews recount some horrible experience or other, refreshing to be able to write something positive, although not the bile-fest most of my readers have come to know, sorry!

We have been to this restaurant several times now. I love the curry dishes, I have also had the Lo mein and rice noodle bowls. Everything we’ve tried has been great. The service has always been excellent, the portions are good sized. I think this is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in town and in the north area in general.

The menu had an unexpectedly good variety of offerings, and everything we tried was great. Especially the phở on a cold day. The Boba drinks were great as well and we liked the variety and unique choices. The prices were good. But the most impressive aspect of all was the surprisingly friendly, attentive, and caring staff/owners(something never expected but always appreciated, especially at an Asian restaurant). They even accommodated for my at times crazy kids. Lastly, the location in the strip mall is a plus, as the parking is easy & you can shop after.

Great find! Delicious grilled shrimp noodle bowl. Very polite owner(even when we stayed well past closing, which was 9 and not 10, as we thought!).

Servers were prompt and attentive. Phở was rich and delicious. I don’t think of Brighton as having good food and this place definitely exceeded my expectations. We’ll be back for sure. Can’t wait to try the curry and other Vietnamese dishes.

I ate lunch here twice this week. It was that good! Had spicy garlic tofu one day and curry shrimp the next. Very authentic and delicious! And I say authentic after having traveled extensively in Southeast Asia. Don’t let the humble strip mall setting dissuade you. The food is excellent! Prices are great and staff very friendly. Quick service too. Great restaurant. If you want mediocrity then try Panda Express across the parking lot. If you want excellence, try Chopsticks!

I’m not one to throw around five stars often but this place deserves it. Atmosphere — inviting and clean. People — friendly and quick. Food — delicious and fresh. Phở is excellent. Depth of flavor, fresh ingredients and plentiful. Wife loved the Wonton soup. Pork egg rolls are crisp with wonderful flavor. Been here three times in the last two weeks and will be going back again very soon. So happy to have more options than just Mexican in Brighton!

Since my initial review, the staff have really made us feel at home. The first visit we were«merely» welcome. It’s the difference between a pleasant experience and a memorable one. The owner has stopped by our table during each visit, recognizing us as prior patrons. She chatted us up for a bit and ensured we received everything ordered and that it was at or above expectations. For that, they are creeping up to a 4.5 star rating.

We waited a long time for this little gem to open and can definitely say it was worth it! First of all the staff here are sooo very friendly. You can tell they are interested in giving you a great experience. I’m not a fan of Phở, so haven’t ordered it, however, almost everything we have had is top notch! The Shrimp Curry is my absolute favorite! The delicate sauce enhances the flavor of the plentiful seafood. One day I ordered the calamari appetizer which was more than adequate for lunch when I added rice on the side. My only complaint, and I mentioned it to the staff, is that there was grease on the bottom of the plate. A minute more of care and holding before they served this would have rendered my rating to be 5 stars. Another visit I had a meat plate — don’t remember the name — and was completely overwhelmed by the quantity of delicious food. The plate included a whole chicken breast, pork chop, sliced beef and shrimp all for $ 10.95. I took most of it home for another day. Again, because I like and respect the staff, I mentioned to them that they could easily either raise the price or cut the portion in half. My husband and I are also working our way through their menu of Boba drinks. Each one we have had has been delicious from the taro root to chai and fruit flavors. A wonderful local gem(we live 3 blocks away) with easy access from Hwy 85 and Bromley Lane. Try it!

We were starving and needed an early lunch. Perfect! We will try Chopsticks because they open at 10:30. We arrive at 10:40. The open sign is on, but the door is locked. We look in and see someone cleaning tables. We wait for over five minutes at the door, and they still do not open(and the person inside didn’t even stick her head out to let us know they were delayed or anything). Disappointing! Going to stick with the other Vietnamese restaurant in town.

Stopped in for lunch today and was greeted by a very nice young lady, she quickly advised us to sit closer to the interior as the exterior tables are very hot. She was right, the entire restaurant was above 80 and by the time we left I had sweat dripping down my back. As far as food, I liked their menu option for choice of ph(I chose rare steak) and 2 vietnamese eggrolls for $ 10.95. This is pretty much the gold standard for this type of business. Out first were the eggrolls, they were good but swimming in oil. Half way through the second one I threw in the towel on them. Then came the ph, the first thing I noticed was the gray meat. Not rare as ordered but gray. Second was the clump of noodles that looked like it had been made the day before and stored in a ball. Then their was the broth, the broth was good but not good enough to overcome the other issues. The condiment station was in need of attention, the garlic-chili sauce was gone, the sriracha was funky and watered down and the hoisin had crusties on the spout. In the end the biggest redeaming quality was the staff, everyone was quite nice. Hopefully they take reviews like mine and build on them becasue it would be great to have an A+ veitnemss restureant in brighton.

Very surprised to see such good reviews for the phở. The husband and I were quite disappointed. The broth lacks depth and flavor. We added the various accoutrements of the soup — bean sprouts, lime, siracha — and unlike most phở we could no longer taste the broth. It was like hot water. I can’t speak to their wider menu, but I’d give the phở a pass!
