Came here to add a line to my account. I stood at the counter for 20 minutes and there were no employees to be found. I called the number and it rang once and stopped. No option to leave a voicemail, no nothing. This is the peak of holiday shopping. You’d think they’d have at least one person there to help customers. I don’t know if they were hanging out in the food court or what. But I’m super annoyed. Waste of a trip. Waste of time. Worthless.

They are a but high with their egos. Not all of them. They aren’t rude. But I have feel for a more naïve consumer they should show them what they feel will suite the person. NOT push a phone that work’s for them. Also, I was not given their 5 day use a phone of your choice to see if you like that. Mind you I have the Galaxy s5 through them, iPad air, and now returning the Samsung Gear S and, I really dnt want too. Kinda lazy to send it back to them. Such BS the online sales person misrepresented the Gear. He said it was for fitness only. Huh and, I am not happy with the Galaxy S5. I bet all you guys have iPhones huh? I wanted the new 6 but the salesman convinced me not to do apple. They are a bit pushy but not in a bad way. There is one there who has a big ego. Again, costumer service is everything! !!
