I used to come here a lot and pick up frozen lunches for work since I live down the street. One day after paying at the register I accidentally left a bag of food behind and went back into the store to get it after loading my car in the parking lot. I came back to the cashier and she claimed I didn’t leave any bags and for me to take it up with customer service. I waited in line and when it was my turn I explained I left a bag(with about 4 café steamers) at the register. She talked to the cashier about it and after coming back to me she began to interrogate me as if I was ripping them off for 8 dollars. I told her I feel pretty uncomfortable with her tone and it sounds like shes making me out to be some kind of scammer, and then she looked at me and said if my bags were left behind they would still be there(what if the lady next in line accidentally took them). This was the customer service manager I was dealing with. I was so embarrassed and they made me feel so bad, even after she let me pick my food out a second time and she rung me up she was giving me that look like she knows im wrong and Im just pulling a fast one. Everytime I drive by I just think of that really mean customer service manager and how bad the employees made me feel that day.

It’s an OK store. Not really much difference between this location and any other Target you have ever been to. Their electronics department isn’t mind blowing. Clothing and sporting goods are what you’d expect. They have a grocery department, which is slightly over-priced. Staff is just OK, too. I was trying to find something and they seemed eager to not make eye contact with me as I walked down the aisles. There is also a Starbucks and Pizza Hut located inside toward the front of the store.

I work at this Target store. Brick NJ… I know that the backroom is neat and where they keep the food, like the freezers and coolers are clean and moped everyday.

Place is clean but it’s always soooo busy. You can’t just run in because the registers are always filled with a line of people buying tons of crap. Open more lanes!

This Target has a PIZZA-HUT and a STARBUCKS in it! This is great when shopping with hungry kids! The shelves are well stocked and it is clean. Customer service is a well oiled machine. I also like that if the lines get too long, a manager is there to clear up congestion.

I was at this store yesterday when visiting with my relatives. We all needed something here that was on sale. This was one of the more modern locations, and the store itself looked nice on the inside and out. Customer service was fine. I did notice some messy shelves at this location, but I didn’t walk out empty-handed. As with any Target, the sale prices are excellent!

Target: The store to shop at when you don’t want to compromise your morals and values by shopping at Wal-Mart. For the whole two people who have never been to a Target, it’s a department store, basically. Ever been to a K-Mart, the aforementioned Walmart, or even a Bradlees(back when they existed!)? Well, that’s Target. The difference? I’ve found that Target is generally cleaner, better laid out, MUCH better staffed to handle crowds, and offers pretty darn good prices to boot. If you end up walking to pay and see a huge line, it’s usually followed by a manager on the radio calling for backup — I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than a minute or two in a line, even during the holidays. Not much else to say — there’s your typical clothing depts, electronics, cookware, pet, etc. This particular Target goes one step further and offers a full grocery, so you can do all your shopping in one store — and the prices on food aren’t too bad, really. The parking lot can be a bit of a mess, though. People love to park along the front to wait for their spouse to exit, and during busy hours on weekends the lot fills up pretty bad. The angular layout to the parking isles don’t really help the flow, either. Still, I’ve been driving in Jersey for years now, I know how to handle people who don’t know how to park /drive. If I need odds and ends or clothing, I typically go here first, since I can get just about everything done in one shot, and don’t need to wait in a huge line. There’s a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut Express inside as well, if you need a quick lunch or want to placate the kids while you shop.

Generally, this is the same Target as you would get anywhere. However, what I like about this one is I can easily find Philadelphia sports items here, it’s very clean, very friendly, and it even has a Starbucks AND a Pizza Hut inside-which is something the Target that is closer to my home does not have. If you are in the area and have time to shop, it’s worth checking out!

Conveniently located, well stocked and well… it’s a Target, how can I not love this place?!? If you need anything from socks to a quick fix meal, Target has had my back for years. I don’t need wal mart or k mart because I know what I want can be found within these four walls. Did I mention this location also has a friendly and knowledgeable staff?! Yea, I’m sure I will make many a visit to this store, and I look forward to it.

The renovation/expansion is complete and things in the store seem to flow better. A total dream compared to some of the locations in NYC. The parking lot is kind of a nightmare.

One year we had bought my daughter a PS for Christmas and bought a steering wheel for her. However she didn’t open it until after a few weeks and the first time she used it-it snapped. I took it back with the receipt and they would not take it back. They said I need to send it back to the company. Just a few weeks after Christmas? WHAT??? I just wanted to exchange it. I didn’t want my money back. So I bought a new one for cash and took it out to the car and switched it with the broken one and took it right back in. They did take that one back. boohaa!!!
