Westwood Exxon & Convenience Store

Well, I’ve finally decided to write a review on this place. It used to be a really nice place to stop on our way to Houston. The last two times we’ve stopped, however, I have been totally grossed out by the women’s bathroom. Last night was the last straw.
The first time the bathrooms were gross was in February. They were also out of paper towels, and I did tell the lady at the cash register. She actually had the gall to tell me, «Well, I can’t even get in there to go to the bathroom let alone clean it or replace the towels.» That was interesting.
Last night. it was bad. It was in serious need of a cleaning, the trash cans in the stalls were atrocious… words cannot even begin to explain and if words could, I wouldn’t want to post it on here.
Westwood — you need to put on more attendants in the evening or hire someone to come in and clean your restrooms. For the health of your customers, and the health of your staff, I seriously recommend that you overhaul your policies on your restrooms. It is really unfortunate that I probably won’t be a patron at your place anymore because I really do like your gas station and convenience store. Seriously, get it together.
