I don’t normally leave after ordering without paying or receiving said order… But after waiting 10 minutes for nothing, and dealing with the rudest chick ever answering, I had about all I could take. This chick answers, and I tell her 3x what I was ordering, and she fails EVERYTIME to get it right. Then, when I said«holy crap» after she screws it up the third time, she says«well yea holy crap you need to speak louder!!» Attitude?! That’s the first time she mentioned she couldn’t hear, and I was already yelling at the stupid speaker by the second time… I know I annunciated, and if she couldn’t hear, she should have either said so earlier, or COMEOUTSIDE. It won’t hurt you! It’s what you signed on to do! So finally she seems to get it right. Mind you, it’s a shake and a large fountain drink. Easy. Wait 10 minutes, nothing. I get that she was pissed I was frustrated, but customer service should NOT get WORSE, but better if you’re screwing up. This is not the first time this location has been rude or inefficient, but for me, it’s the last. I’ve even called corporate before on these guys, but they failed to do anything either … Forget y’all, not worth it for an overpriced drink. Besides, everyone knows the kids that work here WILL contaminate your food if they don’t like you. Stop hiring high school petty brats.
