We placed an order over 3 weeks ago, paid via credit card, have not seen our items and Sears has no idea why, where our order is. However, they are sorry for the inconvenience. As I see it they are in fact sorry. We are long time customers of Sears, lawn tractors, refrigerator, TV, tools, window A/C, the list goes on. Well, it stops here.
