we are staying at big cedar and wanted to get something to eat off site. i am pregnant and craving Mexican and this did not disappoint!!! my husband and i are very impressed and will be returning in the future with our family! the queso (white), guacamole, salsa and chips are great! my chicken enchiladas are amazing! can’t wait to bring family back!

We had an incredible experience here this evening. I had the fajitas poblana and they were hands down the best fajitas I have ever had! My husband said the same about his fajitas locos. The service could not be beat; friendly, always aware of what we needed and continually checking in on us. We will absolutely be back again during our stay! Thanks, Fajitas Locos family!

Cute, quaint little place. We enjoyed the carne asada and the combo plate (taco, enchilada, tamale)… And good guacamole!
I liked the chips that came free before the meal was served, though the salsa was more of a runny kind.

Awesome authentic food, not main stream chain food, this is the good stuff. Family ran, dad and mom cooked while young daughter waited. The place was packed at 6 on a Saturday night. Get here early, there’s only 9 four top tables.

Great family owned restaurant! Great food too! Two types of queso and multiple salsas to pick from. My husband had carne asada tacos and I had a great quesadilla. The family served us and were very pleasant and so kind! Adorable, small, authentic atmosphere.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. Very authentic. Small and cozy. I believe the owner is the cook and his wife is the waitress. Sour cream and guacamole served with almost every dish at no extra charge. This restaurant is off the strip and away from the commotion :)

The food at Fajitas Locos is about as close as you can get to Authentic Mexican food in the Branson area. The restaurant may be the best hidden gem in the area. Outstanding service with a genuine desire to please! Ask for the green sauce because their standard salsa lacks oomph!

Home made in house Tex-​Mex by husband/​wife team. Basic but varied menu prepared with fresh local ingredients. You can taste the pride the husband puts into every dish.
Off the strip on the quiet portion of hwy 165 south. We will make this quaint split log eatery our Mexican place of choice EVERY time we return to Branson. Oh, did I forget to mention the menu is very reasonably priced? Good grub. Good price. Good location.

I’d give the food a 3.5−4 and the service a 4 – 4.5.
Between the 3 of us, we had steak tacos, steak burrito, and chicken nachos. Everything was very tasty. My mom would have liked the salsa to have more of «kick».
We arrived for an early dinner before heading off to a show, we were the only ones dining in at the time. The service was very prompt and courteous. The cook even came out to check that the food was good.
We’d come back. :)
