Very dissatisfied with this apartment complex. We were not provided a tour of the amenities or apartment prior to moving in. Once we paid $ 1,500 in «non-​refundable fees» we were shocked to see the living conditions. In the apartment: urine on the toilet seats, pubic hair in the tub, large ants, and cockroaches. Walls were very thin and we could hear neighbors arguing and dogs barking. Our apartment was very dark inside as it faced a wooded area, therefore our front door led to the back of the property up against woods covered in trash. Amenities: volleyball court was mud with no net (appeared to have been broken for a long time), horseshoe pit was knee high weeds, dog parks was overgrown with weeds and grass. We forfeited all of our deposit fees just because it was so miserable. We did get out of the lease but lost considerable money. Don’t waste your money, especially if you are told you can’t be provided a tour ahead of time.
