Rent is very expensive and as maintenance does show up sometimes they don’t actually fix the problem they bandage it.

Thank you so much for everything! My mother lived at Carlton Arms of Bradenton for 2 years and she is leaving this apartment only because she is moving out of state. The office folks, maintenance, security, groundskeepers and all of the staff were always so nice to her. Youl treated her with respect and you were patient when dealing with her. I also want to add that my mom and I always felt safe in the complex — we were very comfortable taking long walks, doing laundry, lounging by the pool and riding bikes. You seem to always have groundskeepers working and plenty of staff so it was easy to feel safe. I also think you do a great job of screening your tenants and not putting up with problem tenants and that is very appreciated especially by seniors such as my mom. I can’t tell you how much that means to me and the security of always feeling like you were there for her even when I couldn’t be there. I know you have a lot of people staying in the apartments and I am confident that you treat everyone the way you treated my mom. Also when I would call you always took the time to help me whether it was answering questions, helping me schedule maintenance or package deliveries or whatever I needed you were there. Also the complex is kept so nice — it’s beautiful, clean and honestly it looks like a resort when you pull in. I love how you decorate for the holidays with lights etc. — so pretty ! Your pools are fresh and inviting and the workout room and the club is very well maintained.
The apartment complex is also conveniently located right on a bus stop making it easy to get around on public transportation. Also it’s so nice to have a restaurant a convenient store on site and its also within walking distance to other restaurants and stores. Carlton Arms of Bradenton is so convenient ! My mom is moving to another state but if she or I ever return to Florida we will return to Carlton Arms of Bradenton. So for everything you did for us I just want to say thank you. I will give you the best reviews ever because you deserve it !!
