They have a nice facility and the location is good. Once you get a membership it is a constant waiting your turn. I upgraded to the nicer beds so I would not have to wait as long but they are more concerned with signing up a new membership they will spend 15 minutes talking with them while anyone wanting to check in has to wait. I left them in the past because of the customer service and went to Express Tan but they closed down so back to waiting.
