I live in Massachusetts, but my purchase was done through RGS in CO, my pre-install work was done on the phone through RGS in CT, and the install was done by a MA sub-contractor. This may sound confusing, but it all worked out real well. In the sales process, I was able to get good answers to all of my questions(unlike other solar companies). I have an engineering background and I’m sure I had a lot more questions than almost anyone else they ever had. I spent two months researching solar for my house and looked at detailed information from five different companies. RGS gave me a good price, straight answers, and delivered a quality product as promised. When I had concerns about equipment placement, they sent their master electrician over to meet with me and we found a solution that we were both happy with. Everyone associated with RGS that I dealt with over the entire process was extremely friendly, helpful, and well informed. They even got the system in two weeks ahead of schedule and all in one day. I have a 34 panel system which should meet all of my electric needs for many years to come. Now, if the sun would only come out, I’ll be REALLY happy.
