My jetted bathtub motor stopped working and our plumber recommended calling a hot tub place. I called Quality and Debbie answered the phone. She was awesome. She diagnosed the motor issue on the phone, made an educated guess which motor I needed since I had no idea and the current motor had no info on it. Harry the installer came out with exactly the right motor the next day and it was fixed. He also brought some spa purge because my jets were shooting out nasty stuff stuck in the pipes. Very happy with the service and would use again.

Quality pools and spas sent a guy out to my pool, in Lakewood. The guy did a great job. He helped me learn how to do my own pool. He told me about all the suplies that I really needed and what they are for. He had most of them with him. I also took a sample to the shop and Debbie told me what was wrong. They know what they are doing.
