I went for an early dinner to this restaurant. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Honestly, the food was really really good. I just finished my leftovers. The service was good, the workers were very pleasant, and their selection of Indian beer was fun to explore. I had a Maharaja and it was very tasty.
The spice level is delivered on a 7-​point scale. We ordered a 5, and it was definitely hot. I like spicy food, but 5 is hot, they are not messing around. Some places label «spicy» food as «spicy» but it’s not spicy. This place doesn’t hold back on the chili powder. The mango chutney was nice to have to cut the spice when necessary.
Don’t forget to eat some of the fennel candy at the host stand on your way out! It is supposed to help with digestion and taste like licorice.

Tried this restaurant for the first time, did take out. Naan was excellent, shrimp appetizer was ok, vegetable korma was meh. Take out was very easy, would definitely try again and try out different dishes.

This place isn’t my favorite, but my friends who order the lamb dishes at the spiciest level love it here. I’ve ordered the chicken tikka masala at a spice level 2. Overall it has been tasty each time, but the chicken is far from tender. I look for Indian takeout with slow cooked tender chicken, but I haven’t found it here. The vegetable pakora is incredibly greasy and doesn’t have much taste to it. The chai in-​house is delicious, as is the garlic and cheese naan.

Went to the lunch buffet on a whim while walking by with my son visiting from New York City. It was really good! Try everything and expect to be pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was simple and cozy. We really liked the carrot pudding!

My husband and I order very often. He is very picky and has tried many restaurants in the USA. Not only do we LOVE the food but it is a pleasure to deal with the owners and the waitresses. The food is always fresh and delicious. Everyone is polite and caring. Clean friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend it.

If I could rate this 3.5 instead of 3, I would. I was so excited to visit this 5 star landmark but was disappointed after having the dinner buffet. The chicken tikka masala was so bland compared to other restaurants. The other food didn’t have much spice/​flavor either. The service was amazing and it was a good environment. Possibly, this was an off night.

I stopped by because I was in the neighborhood and am glad I did. I was here for a late lunch and tried the lunch buffet. Even though I was late the kitchen continued to refresh the entrees. For me the hit was chicken tikka Marsala. The sauce was delightful. Make sure to leave room for the carrot pudding. Unusual and delicious.

Best restaurant in Boulder!!! This place is seriously amazing. We have eaten only eastern food for the past week and this place is by far the best. We will absolutely be coming back here. Excited to try lunch buffet M-​Sat and DINNER BUFFET Friday and Saturday!

Mt Everest is owned by husband /​wife team. They have a tremendous work ethic. I go 2 – 3 times per month. The female co-​owner is out front; the male co-​owner is the chef in the back. I’ve never been there on a day when the owners are not there.
The dedication shows up in the quality of food and experience. Over 20 or so visits in the past 6 – 7 months, Mt. Everest has never disappointed. Curries are rock solid. I’m especially a fan of their korma. My daughter loves the saag.
Mt Everest is excellent for an intimate, personalized experience. They owners are hustling to build the business. Do not expect an army of wait staff to descend upon you. The restaurant is not yet to the point of high end touches and flourishes. Rather, go expecting delicious food and warm, friendly service. It is a place where you can have a conversation with the owner and they’ll do what they can to make sure you walk out happy you came to visit.

Best Indian in Boulder, hands down. It’s the only place that makes my mahkni spicy enough!
The chicken soup is a complete hit. And their naan and somosas are perfect. There’s nothing on this menu that I don’t like, and being able to pick my spice level is a complete win.
We order here about 3x a month, and although their delivery can be a little slow, it’s absolutely worth the wait.

This is the best Indian food in Boulder. The owners are super-​welcoming, and the food is by far the best in the area. It’s fresh, light, and super-​tasty, and the menu includes a lot of vegetarian options. There are more popular places in Boulder, but none as good.

The food here is outstanding! The service is some of the most friendly, kind and caring I’ve ever experienced eating out. I was introduced to this fine establishment by a friend and will definitely be coming back. The vegetable pakora was heavenly, not greasy and with a hint of coriander made my taste buds pop. Tried the classic chicken tikka masala and chicken saag and was over the moon for both of them. I would recommend this to anyone looking for really good food.

I’ve had a lot of Indian and Nepali food and this is by far my favorite in Colorado. They knock it out of the park on so many dishes, but I’m most obsessed with the mango custard and lassi, and the carrot pudding. But there are so many dishes I love it’s always hard to choose. Thank god they have a buffet so I don’t have too.

I’m new here in Boulder, and I’m so lucky that I found this amazing restaurant in the first day I moved here. The waitress is very friendly and polite, and the place is very clean and warm. I always feel warm and comfortable here.
Among those dishes, I love chicken soup very much. I was surprised that a chicken soup could be so tasty so yummy so delicious when I tried it first time. No need to mention the curry chicken, which is also my favorite.
Thanks for the chef and thanks for the waitress, and because of here I won’t feel alone in Boulder. Definitely I will bring my classmates and friends to here to amaze them with the tasty food here!

This place is our new hangout! The usual server knows our face and our order. The food here is really top-​notch too! Our usual consists of Tika Marsala-​medium+ hot, side order of Tandoori Chicken, and cheese Nan. I have literally had the same order probably 20 times in a row and it is just as perfect as the first time I had it. These folks are providing consistently good food and good service.

Wow. The food was outstanding to say the least. The place was very clean. And the food was really good. The two of us had the Buffett and only $ 19. The waitress was very kind and polite. Warm, impeccable service. Excellent food. We ordered chicken tikka masala, saag paneer, tandoori chicken, samosas, naan, and pickles. Every dish was light and flavorful. The chicken in both the masala, and the tandoori was so tender, and the paneer was perfect. They offer sides sizes of most main dishes, making it easy to try several things. They are new, and I would love to see them succeed; this is my new favorite Indian/​Nepalese restaurant in Boulder!

They have a great lunch Buffett. The food is soooo good, I especially loved their sweet potato masala. I, of course, ate WAY too much, but I don’t regret any of it ;)
And the lady that works here is such a sweet heart! I highly recommend !!!
