employees not so friendly when we were there. a plus they have kids clothing as not all outlets sell them. beats driving to castle rock or silverthorne.

I have been here twice and bought one thing but tried on many. They are not really catering to my demographic but some of the items are ageless. And several items were«almost» there. They say they will be stocking petites soon, so that will be a help. The other outlet store in this shopping center is huge by comparison but will not even consider petites. I’ll be interested to see what shows up later. The staff at this J. Crew Factory Store is very friendly and helpful, rare at an outlet store. The prices are really a good deal, and on good quality stuff too. Better than most outlets I have visited. Parking in this center is plentiful.

I’d like to start out by saying I think it’s great to have a Factory Store arrive in Boulder, particularly one as popular as J. Crew. To my knowledge the closest J. Crew Outlet store is in Silverthorne, CO. I think the CU students are really going to love it, particularly since it’s conveniently located within walking distance of the campus. After weeks of waiting for this location to open I was happy to check it out with a friend(they are recently starting graduate school and are in the market for some new affordable duds). Once I entered the store I was surprised by how massive it was on the inside(it features Mens, Women’s(including jewelry), & Children’s clothing). I found the space and displays to be well-organized and pleasant. There were several sales going on — including 40% off certain Men’s button ups and markdowns on Ladies jewelry. Overall I was a bit disappointed that not more caught my eye. Though we were in the store about 20 minutes we did not receive a greeting or offer from staff to assist us — which I found disappointing. Additionally the prices were very high outlet store quality clothing though consistent with what I recall seeing in Silverthorne, CO(men’s cotton cardigan for just under $ 100, and men’s corduroys for just under $ 70). Sadly we both left empty handed.
