We needed window treatments for almost the whole house in 2014 and had a great experience working with Flatirons Window Fashions. Jason is easy to work with and always responds quickly to calls or emails. He was helpful, not pushy, and patient as we took our time figuring out what we could afford. I was walked through all the options — to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Some people will only bring a small sampling or make you decide from a book, but I was able to see samples of almost every line Hunter carries. The ordering process and install were a breeze, and the house was transformed in a matter of an hour.
Even with all of that, probably the best thing I can say is that this company takes care of their clientele and stands behind the products they furnish. They won’t just disappear after the final install. Hunter Douglas makes quality products, and I’m assuming most people have no issues; but we needed a few blinds retrofitted/​repaired this year. Without hesitation Flatiron Window Fashions took care of the repair via Hunter Douglas. You can tell the most about a company when things go wrong, and I can’t say enough about how smooth the process has been for us. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the products.

What a quick, easy, and painless process! Jason came to my home with any sample I could imagine and expertly recommended the best window treatments to fit my needs. He measured all of my windows, ordered products, and set up the installation. On installation day, the installer brought in the products, installed, and cleaned up any packaging, in less than an hour… for 16 windows! Jason and his team are responsive and show up to appointments on time! It’s apparent they are professionals! Oh… and my Hunter Douglas shades are beautiful!
