Awesome experience. Not a huge bagel fan in general but was looking for a place open on a Sunday morning before hiking. The «thintastic» bagels were fresh and delicious as part of our sandwiches. The assistant manager was named Dan and was very personable. While eating I watched Dan meticulously clean the area around the coffee and condiments. Unexpected pleasant experience. Great job Dan.

Always friendly service and a good selection! One time they even served me a custom frozen coffee drink at 4:55 pm, 5 minutes before closing. They’re always quick and my orders are prepared well.

They are always so nice and friendly. One time when I was there super early they weren’t even opened yet but the manager saw me waiting in the parking lot and let me in like 20 minutes before they opened. Great customer service!

VERY friendly staff! Helpful and personable. I love how the gal behind the counter (who took my order) interacted with me. She didn’t just parrot the typical «hi, can I help you» but actually communicated. The guy who took payment was also very friendly and personable. Everything was clean and the food was exactly how it should have been. Keep up the good work!

Einsteins is good regardless of who serves it, leaving this feedback for the staff and management who were there when I lived in Boulder and would eat at this location almost daily a little over a year ago. The management specifically is what kept me coming back-​extremely nice and super friendly. I had become a regular here because I had always felt welcomed and they seemed to legitimately enjoy not only myself but fellow customers as well. They would go above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed every single time. Keep in mind I was here around 5 days a week. I went to an Einsteins location where I live now (south Florida) and it just wasn’t the same!

I have been to this place a few times since I have moved to Colorado. I have only been to this location and they are wonderful. The staff is always really friendly and sweet. The service is always really fast with no mistakes.
I will definitely keep going here, they are almost like Noah’s bagel from California, I believe Noah’s owns Einstein’s. Great for breakfast or lunch!
I would recommend it to any of my friends. Im glad they are out here so I don’t miss Noah’s Bagel so much.

Their dutch apple bagel with blueberry schmeer is evil. Evil I tell you! They should learn to make them a little less delicious so I would limit how many I eat. The service was quick. Our order was uncomplicated. The bagels were perfectly soft. Yum.

Their bagels are great, the staff is great, the coffee is mediocre to bad.
We went on a trip to Boulder recently, and had breakfast @ Einstein Bros a handful of times. If you’re in to Lox + Bagel stuff, it was pretty decent.
The first day we went, the coffee was passable, but subsequent visits offered some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had.
It’s affordable, it’s clean, relatively quick. Just don’t rely on the coffee being worth a damn.

This place has really awful service! We waited over 20 minutes for a bagel. Seriously, this is an absolutely absurd amount of time to wait for a bagel. Go to Moe’s they have much better service and the bagels are way better.

I LOVE strawberries & crenels blended drinks. Just wish it was the larger sized cup!
